I usually use an insulin syringe for local anesthesia especially on face.Its needles are coated with silicone.which makes the procedure painless.

How about following Langer’s skin lines when making your incision? And if dealing with an infected sebaceous cyst abscess, must make sure to dissect the capsule out to avoid recurrence.

It is by far one of the worst pains i have ever experienced.hopefully Tommorows surgery goes well

People it’s a Mannequin or some type of training manikin I guess that’s what you call it but no it’s not real it’s fake did the song bleed in any time did you see the way he stated that mannequin like risk and he wouldn’t have to do that

Bad technique don’t stab cut

I wish you showed each technique with a new surface. It’s confusing otherwise.

I had it done in my but. I have really low pain tolerance iam even scared of injection. During the surgery injection wasn't scary it didn't hurt that bad. I didn't feelt the cutting but I did feel it when they were pinching it hurted but I calm myself saying it will be over in few seconds and it will be worth it. I wasn't ready for the clean up part they literally clean up the entire hole with betadine I could feel it hurt so bad but it was worth it in the end. I can finally sleep peacefully in a week. Oh I also have to go there for 3 days and get my wond cleaned up that part hurt really bad but the hole gets filled very fast in 5 days almost will be filled in a week completely.

So true about the anaesthesia I had a procedure done and the guy put the aesthetic and a trip down to a different area and I felt the whole incision

Consent+ clean+ Anaesthesia+ incise + drain+ break locules + wash with betadine solution + pack with gauze or put a drain

How by does it take for recovery after this?
