what are your favorite decluttering hacks?
ОтветитьI'm completely enthralled by this. I recently read something similar, and it was absolutely mesmerizing. "The Joy of Less: A Minimalist Living Guide" by Matthew Cove
ОтветитьNoooo not the massage hooooookkkkkkkkkk
ОтветитьCan people please stop saying "expecially" already
ОтветитьFYI, if anyone is searching for Perkin's Law, it's actually "Parkinson's Law" (C. Northcote Parkinson, circa 1955 in an essay first published in the Economist)
Ответитьwhat about tools and paint supplies. sometimes you don't use for years and then you need them.
ОтветитьMan, this is tough but feels SO good to make progress.
I've done this once before ("this" being a massive decluttering drive) and it was one of the best decisions of my life.
Now I'm starting on Round 2 about 3 years later. Man, it just feels TOUGH to let go of things. It's both overwhelming and emotional.
But I know the truth, from direct personal experience, is that I'm more and more excited about my life as I cut it down to the essentials.
Every little tip and motivation helps. If you're decluttering / minimalizing / essentializing right now, just KEEP GOING and get rid of some stuff RIGHT NOW!
I promise, you'll feel better afterwards and you'll want to keep going - no matter how tough it is.
I've found that Parkinson's Law is so true. We set our own expectations.
ОтветитьThis is so helpful.
One of my biggest issues is I've collected so many things over the years like popnviny figures, Pokémon cards just general memorabillia. I always struggle deciding whether to keep those things or give them up
Watched this video to encourage myself to clean/declutter after the video
ОтветитьThat 2 minutes trick turned into 2 hours non stop for me this evening! Thank you for the motivating tricks!

Ответить時間真的很重要,能減少整理時間真的很棒~感謝分享~~
ОтветитьI’m following the prompt to say “ Whassup?” because I’m decluttering my closet while listening to this video. 😂
ОтветитьUsing anger is a very reliable motivator. I clean when I’m angry, every time. Like, “screw these stupid dirty dishes! Are we pigs or people?! Who cares about this dumb knock-knack!” Works every time for Getting sh-t done!
ОтветитьWhatsup 😂😂😂😂 decluttering while watching/listening at you
ОтветитьFinally I get to hear decluttering tips from a man, versus from a woman.
Ответить2 mints aint long nough🙄
ОтветитьWatching while decluttering
Ответитьyou look like heath ledger
ОтветитьThanks for the motivation while I de-clutter my bedroom.
ОтветитьI have a friend from Liberia who sends donation s back there several times a year. The people are in such great need and it makes me happy knowing that my abundance will bless someone across the world! 🥰🙏🏻❤️
ОтветитьI like to declutter while listening to my favorite you tubers like you, Joshua Backer, Dawn the minimal mom, Cas from Clutterbug, Connie Reit, Ashlynn Eaton, and for something spiritually uplifting Father Mike Schmitz! 🥰🙏🏻❤️
ОтветитьAbsolutely agree with you that enlisting help from a friend or family member is huge help.
My mom was an absolute queen in helping me Declutter.
Her “WTF” reactions to why I kept certain things helped me just easily throw it out.
Just watching this while decluttering my room LOL :)
ОтветитьNot gonna lie... Getting Mad is extremely helpful when decluttering because one is not thinking about the attachments one has to the things, and so it helps bring focus to what is actually helpful and what is not... Decluttering also serves as a stress reducer when doing it mad
Ответить😅whats up...currently decluttering
ОтветитьWhat’s up! 😂
ОтветитьWatching while de cluttering🤗
ОтветитьWhat's up?
ОтветитьI just have so much stuff that it is suffocating me. So its honestly time that I get rid of a lot of it. I need to declutter and i'm doing it now. No more waiting. No more procrastination.
ОтветитьRule of 10. 10 things you like to keep.10 things you don’t want to keep. It’s helping me to declutter a lot !
ОтветитьI do like to use your videos for helping motivate me in cleaning/ decluttering. I like your container idea. Having hard to with sentimental items. My husband and I are now retired. Both our parents have passed. Now bad enough having our stuff now also have parents stuff. so this has become a lot of stuff. Trying to eliminate items so our children won’t have same issue as we are going through. Wondering if you have done a video on sentimental items.
ОтветитьDecluttering!! I Love your tips!
Ответитьyour video quality is great and I have really been enjoying your content. keep up the good work.
Ответитьliar
Ответитьpatronising to all
ОтветитьWhats up! lets get into it
ОтветитьWhen im frustrated to my partner or extremely sad about a conversation we had , i start cleaning and decluttering my house back to front till i run out of energy. When I am not experiencing that cleaning frenzy, I keep a basket on top of the stairs. Everytime I clean up a little around the house , I fill the basket with stuff that needs to go to a diffrent area of my house and easily carry it with me to put stuff back where it belongs till it's empty and put it back at the top of the stairs. I don't declutter every day /week/ month but, the the basket for me is a easy and less intimidating reminder to put stuff back where they should be, without looking at a mounten of stuff to either declutter , gift , sell or take to the trash.
ОтветитьIT IS indeed easier to declutter while listening Videos about decluttering. Thank you!!!!🏵️
ОтветитьI use the clockwise decluttering with a 5 minute timer...room to room set for a week with boxes named, then reward myself with avocado 🥑 smoothies.
Keep safe 😘
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, stories and tactical experiences.
Great tips!! Very different from other minimalists. Love the T-Shirts too!!
