i suggest for thick curly hair, do this 45-90 minutes before you shower and use argon oil, wash your hair once every other day<3

doing this made my hair get a lot healthier and a noticeably longer in 6 days

Things you guys can do to grow your hair(how mine grew)
- Buy oil for your hair and apply at least 2x a week
- buy a scalp massage brush to massage your hair
- after applying the oil, do this video
- avoid using heat (if you do use it, use hair protectant
- when shampooing and conditioning your hair, leave it on for a few minutes, don't wash it right away
- after showering, add any good products that may help your hair
- air dry your hair and don't sleep with wet hair
- avoid tight hairstyles
- eat healthy
- workout
