Plex Media Server Setup and Adding Media - Step 2

can you do a video on getting amazon prime movies that are purchased how to download them and put on plex?

how do you acess the server setup page if you skipped it and want to come back to it later

Followed this guide and when I play videos on my Nvidia Shield the quality is horrible. Any suggestions as to what I did wrong?

Trying to add folder to Plex MS. but contents of folder are all greyed out. Any suggestions?
