Haven’t worn my tempdrop lately because I have a skin condition that make it super uncomfy. My hands aren’t affected so I wonder if the ring would be the next step. 😭 thanks for sharing

What are your thoughts on Billings or one check methods that use cervical fluid only? For contraception that is.

I have been using Oura for about six months. I was able to purchase it with funds from my HRA account so I didn't have to pay out of pocket, and I intended to use it for general health monitoring purposes. I used it without NC for a few weeks, then had an unexpected chemical pregnancy and decided to try to conceive after that, so I started using it along with Natural Cycles. I also began using the free Premom App with LH and HCG strips at the same time. I was definitely disappointed that Oura does not show your actual temperature and that it needed to be connected with NC, and I do feel the monthly cost of NC is a little high for a fertility tracking app, but I have appreciated the consistency and ease of the temperature tracking it provides. I just input my temp from NC to the Premom app each day. I have charted my BBT with a basic thermometer in the past and using the temps from Oura/NC is so much easier and it definitely seems accurate. I went on to conceive again quickly and unfortunately had a loss at 7.5 weeks. I did switch to pregnancy tracking mode, and one thing I did appreciate was the recovery mode that NC offers after you record a pregnancy loss. I feel like other period/fertility tracking apps might get a little confusing once you've been tracking a pregnancy and then now you're not (whether due to birth or loss), so I appreciated that NC accounts for the reality of pregnancy loss and that your needs and cycle will be different at that time. Overall I'm very satisfied with Oura and NC and will keep using it along with the Premom app. The ring is indeed comfortable and seems durable, and is definitely quick and easy to charge.

Can you use it with other apps, I use Flo. I don’t like paying every month.

Thank you for this video! I have been wondering if it would be worth it or not..

Shame about the ongoing costs, but it does seem super convenient at the same time. As someone who can be a bit lazy... perhaps the additional ease from Oura/NC use is worth it when I can afford the ongoing costs 😅 Helpful to consider the limitations of NC too!

Thank you for the comprehensive review! I am really trying to decide what to buy as my sleeping schedule with a million little kids really destroyed my morning alarm routine 😊, and postpartum it always a mistery day when I will get an ovulation again. So far, it seems tempdrop will be the best money spent 😊

After trying almost every smartwatch over the years, I gave Oura a chance. Well, my partner got it for me as a gift otherwise I may not have gone there due to cost. I'm really glad he did! Unexpectedly it's really helping me work on my rest and recovery. With other fitness monitor's I always felt badgered to move more, with no thought to whether I was getting enough quality sleep and recovery time. Oura has been great for that. When I'm sick, it predicts it with lowered HRV so I know when I need to preemptively slow down. And the cycle info is spot on. I have a long follicular phase and short luteal, but I can see whether my attempts to extend my luteal phase is working in real-time.

No negatives for me and I'm 6 months in.

What's your opinion of the carnivore diet?? I see so many swearing by it. Michaela Peterson did it during pregnancy and everything. People are saying that their diseases are being healed, they are not getting sick anymore, they don't need their meds

The Oura Ring rocks - extremely cool - dump your annoying - distracting - heavy SmartWatch and get an Oura Ring - sleek - minimal - ultra cool !!
