I feel so bad for the shelter dogs, they keep killing them
ОтветитьGotta love realtors! Ive been living in SA for 38 years and i gotta say , SA sucks... we are surrounded by military bases and old war vets that are still pissed and disabled... if you do nt believe me - jump on a VIA bus and see ... public transportation is literally the citys plan to deal with the homeless and mental health loose cannons. Being surrounded by airforce and army bases is so unhealthy and annoying at times, companies don't pay well because there is always a veteran or a migrant that is willing to work for cheap. SA sucks.
ОтветитьIf your in Cali, San Antonio is a Wake up call. Yeah, we're spoiled by the beach😅
ОтветитьPeople told me the same stuff about Tampa 6yrs ago...too hot, too much traffic, too many bugs, home prices are too high, too many homeless people.
Never talked to a homeless person unless i was taking care of then in the hospital. I love 100+temps thats why i moved south, I hate the cold more. Wear bug spray or cage in your patio. I dont travel at peak times to avoid traffic. Home prices have gone up EVERYWHERE in the south, everyone thinks the entire north moved into their city, its the same everywhere.
San antonio is fine. I just visited for four days and traffic is less than tampa, its more open and spread out, the temps are lower, no one tried to rob or kill me anywhere in the city, commute times are less than Tampa, home prices are generally 100-150k less than Tampa, never encountered bugs, never saw a wandering dog. Even if your property tax is higher everything else is less so it balances out. Car insurance, food, restaurants, all of it is cheaper in San Antonio. Your River walk is way nicer too.
Don’t move to San Antonio unless you don’t mind living in a city that’s overwhelmingly Hispanic and increasing. He can’t talk about racial/ethnic demographics because he’s a licensed real estate agent.
As of 2020, the racial/ethnic demographics were 63.9% Hispanic, 23.4% White Non-Hispanic, 6.5% Black, 3.2% Asian, 3.3% other.
With all the immigration, more and more people only speak Spanish. The stray dog situation is due to Hispanic culture. Nearly every festivity in the city celebrates Hispanic culture. Culturally there’s a complete lack of diversity despite the city being initially economically developed by Whites.
Neighborhoods lack diversity also. Wealthy Whites live on the far north side. Middle class Whites and Hispanics live on the far northwest side. Blacks live on the northeast side and east side, and poor Hispanics live everywhere else.
Additionally, because so many people like yourselves are moving here, traffic is now horrible. Public transportation is also horrible and only used by poor people and the homeless. In Texas, only people that can’t afford a car use public transportation.
Also, entertainment options primarily consists of restaurants and bars. The nightlife is horrible. Downtown is lame and smells like urine from all the homeless people. And there are drunk drivers everywhere.
Lastly, crime is getting crazy. The district attorney is a Democrat who’s campaign was funded by George Soros, just like in many poopholes across the country. He’s soft on crime, not holding suspects and instead releasing them back on the street, reducing charges or not charging them at all.
You’ve been warned.
Property taxes are ridiculous here! and in the summer expect to add 200 to 300 dollars monthly to your mortgage for your electric bill, the AC has to be on at least 6 month's outta the year, its hot as hell here 😳. I suspect the people who are just dying to move here expect some kind of utopia, I can't tell how many people move here, and want to leave after a awhile. I highly recommend a backup plan! Otherwise Good Luck.
Ответитьthats only the beginning. beneath the city is a huge mega-infrastructure of secret underground military/alien facilities, prisons, and more the government uses to kidnap people including kids off the streets to be used as food for demons by harvesting their organs and body parts and also using the meat to mix in with the animal meat and resell it back to the public to eat because the fake meat and toxic chemicals werent enough already and more.
ОтветитьComing to vote red
ОтветитьCan you do an update on the market here? Looking in cibolo
ОтветитьMehn am trying to move to Texas with my family but San Antonio being my first choice now am a bit confused.😢🤦🏿♂️
ОтветитьEh. The weather is a good one but everything else is just the same as every other City. Stray dogs? Seems to be stretching if you have a video about the good things of San Antonio we love to see it
ОтветитьI live there and was born there help
ОтветитьGuys don’t listen to this moron.
ОтветитьDo people in the states really choose their suburb based on voting?
ОтветитьWhat about allergies, some people are saying if you have allergies, don't move to San Antonio 🤢
ОтветитьShut up you pig!
If you don’t like Texas then get out of here!! 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

ОтветитьPlanning my families escape now. Not enough recreation here. Only thing to do is eat and drink. Crime is bad in the city too. Stray dog is no joke. They kill ppl sometimes. If you live in the city you will not be able to go on walks with your dog. I thought it was funny the first time I saw ppl walking with golf club or long stick to defend from strays and wild dogs.
ОтветитьSo I currently live in Corvallis Oregon, and I'm San Antonio bound next year. Compared to where I live, San Antonio is cheaper. Average home price here is almost $600,000. You can't find a one-bedroom apartment for under 900 a month. In the overall cost of living is much higher than San Antonio. Plus I spent three years in Houston, so I can handle Texas.
ОтветитьLeft SA 2 years ago best decision ever made
ОтветитьTexas is highly over rated. Just another state
ОтветитьGarbage content
ОтветитьToo many big women there
ОтветитьTexted that number and no one replied
ОтветитьThank You Michael!
