you picked literally the worst bit to showcase the dub. the reason everyone here can't seem to understand what dub Umaru said is because you needed to have already known how she always playfully pronounces "potato chips" and "cola" (she never pronounces these two things normally while in her chibi form). This is part of her character if you're watching it dubbed - of course you aren't going to be able to tell that out of context coming in from the subbed version...

and I'm not even a native english speaker. I can listen and understand just fine.
