Thank you for this video! I am 38w and 3 days. It has been hard to find the motivation to move. I am very tired these days. But now that I am done I feel very proud of myself for doing it! Hoping baby will be here soon! 🤞🏼

35 weeks pregnant tomorrow and feeling pretty good! I taught yoga up until 34 weeks and even found this the right difficulty for a little challenge! ❤

My sciatica pain has reduced significantly! I tried physio but didnt work out. Ive always been doing yoga from pre pregnancy time but my trainer could take classes from my 2nd trimester n so resorted to ur videos. All I wanna say is, great job, pls keep going!!!!

I‘ve been exercising every day during pregnancy, so I wouldn’t say I am unfit. But the section where you are on one knee with the third trimester bump hanging in the air did not feel right. You lost me there…

I noticed You said It is never top early tot start, is it there a too late to start? If till 6 months al I have done was walks, would it be too late to start exercising now?

Thank you so much for sharing this workout! I am 36 weeks and have been feeling some pretty big emotions lately in anticipation of adding another baby to our family. This video really helped me to calm down and relax, plus it was a nice challenging workout, but still doable at my stage of pregnancy. 👌

I am 35 weeks pregnant, just started following 3rd trimester exercises .
One of your session on pelvic strengthening exercises helped a lot to relieve pelvic pain and avoided taking pain relief meds. ❤
