BUT if you don't mind ,i have a question regarding to delta ratio because in the ABG interpretation video you mentioned the delta ratio and said if it less than 1 so it is pure AGMA and you mentioned it here too saying pure AGMA is when delta ratio between 1-2. so can you clarify it ?. one more time THANK YOU SIR!!! ОтветитьAmazing video. Can someone explain why in type 1 renal tubule acidosis, we have non-ionic gap metabolic acidosis, because there's no drop in bicarbonate levels but an increase in H+ (acidic load)
