Well i tried everything from last year and send valuable cold email and dms also used freelance platforms and applied on 10000+ jobs and only 12 interviewed and 2 were closed what you suggest me?

my main question that i can’t find an answer to anywhere is, when i’m offering a service online how does that connect to a local business. like how does something i do online give them leads and traffic. like how do i target people in a certain area or give them in person leads when i’m online. idk if that makes sense
