Due to ambient sound , like wind blowing , back ground noise or muffled steps . the dialogue or important sounds . like creaking doors or heavy breathing are often recorded in post production .Actors will actually have to re enact there lines , sounds added or modified by sound techs ect. . lousy job in this case with the foot steps but a great scene in any case. Less is more.
