ОтветитьDon could totally be the title of some mafia don
ОтветитьWhy did it take the mother a year to identify that it was her son? I don’t believe that she just thought the 3 letters were enough to know her son was out there lol
ОтветитьCauliflower ear back then. Must of been a G
ОтветитьPaupers are peasants in olden ages
ОтветитьI personally think owen and don were just having a cheaky shag and it got a bit kinky nd one of em died
ОтветитьHow tf did don enter the hotel without anyone noticing his face? Did he enter the room flying from the window?
ОтветитьWhat's funny is that when he said "commercial woman" they don't mean a nicely dressed woman, they meant a prostitute.
ОтветитьMy theory: He was killed by mafia. Don is a nickname of a mob boss. "Breakfast" thing is a cover up for "I can't talk, someone is in the room". The entire "relationship" is a thing made by mafia in order to cover mafia. For example if it was really a lover thing nobody would give this much trouble to cover everything up, call his mother that he was in egypt, some "Louise" would probably not send him any flowers and money for the funeral, plus Artemus was probably not in stable relationship with a prostitiute. Ogletree was sitting in the dark because he was afraid, and he knew that he is going to be tortured. Additionaly Ogletree was afraid his family would be killed, that's why he said "nobody". He certainly knew the person that killed him, because if it was some random hitman hired by his former lover he would not be so scared.
ОтветитьA “commercial woman” is a prostitute….
Ответить.
ОтветитьHonestly I am sure this was some maffia murder. The person called "Don" popular word for maffia leader, flower sent to the funeral typical maffia way of showing some respect. The fact that he wouldn't say anything about the killer and went to the hotel afraid maybe he knew what will happen, probably because they threatened his family, also maffia stuff. Maybe they didn't wanna kill him just punish but he died in the hospital, because of his injuries. Otherwhise they wouldn't have leave him in the room alive if they wanted to kill him.
Ответить"Commercial woman"?
Okay, i've heard Call Girls being called all kinda names, but that's a new one.
What if the actual Ricky Goldsworth is a fan of BuzzFeed Unsolved and watches this video
Ответитьthese creepy stories become 99% less creepy when these two dinguses comment on it
ОтветитьCould this be some sort of Chris Farley type death? I know many a femboy have asked me to sit on their face until they passed out but that’s too dangerous. Perhaps he liked to be dominated but he accidentally died?
Ответить"pauper's grave' is a common grave used to bury the poor who cannot afford a grave. Famously Mozart was buried in a pauper's grave. Nowadays the term isn't used because people who cannot afford burial are cremated instead
ОтветитьCan you please stop saying "quote"?
ОтветитьI literally work in walking distance of this hotel and every time I see it, I think of this case...
Ответитьthe fact that this random guy seems so invested in burying him next to his sister...saying he's doing this for his sister...makes me wonder if he had cheated on his finacee, she ended her life or died tragically, and this was the end result. did they look into this woman and her relatives?? now I wanna know more.
ОтветитьDon’t they call mafia bosses “don” maybe the guy that was killed was mafia related.
ОтветитьI'm always curious whether these old episodes were actually filmed in Ryan's house.
ОтветитьMy theory: the womens sister was Owens fiance, but died accidentally bcs of owens mistake (cheating might be involved) or something, from which lead Don(probably the father) and the woman killing him as revenge. Owen didnt tell who killed him bcs he loved his fiance. Sounds wierd but whatever.
ОтветитьIOM CUMMIUNGG
Ответитьit was Don corleone
Ответитьvery sketchy case
ОтветитьMy theory is that "Roland" was being sexually exploited by the man he referred to as Don. Keep in mind that we're talking about a 17-year-old from a faraway state (Alabama) who had left home less than a year ago in order to hitchhike to California (according to his mother at least), which would certainly have put him in a very vulnerable position. "Don" must have been a rich and powerful man who could afford to pay for "Roland" to stay in hotel rooms where he could visit him discreetly. Roland's behaviour during his stay indicates a strong fear of Don, possibly culminating in his refusal to name him as the person who attacked him. However, he may have tried to break away from the abuse, which could have prompted Don to murder him, either out of passion or out of fear of his secret being revealed (bear in mind that homosexuality was a serious offense at the time). This being a crime of passion would explain the subsequent funeral arrangements by the mysterious caller. I'm not really buying the mafia connection theory as I can't think of a plausible explanation as to why they'd arrange for a 17-year-old to spend prolonged periods of time in a high-end hotel room or proceed to torture him to death right there.
Ответить“end quote”
Ответитьmmmm, I love knowing this happened on my birthday. fun.
ОтветитьIts disturbing how this xould legit be explaiend if he was playing The Most Dangerous Gane from the Roku Channel and broke a violation.
ОтветитьMaybe he stumbled onto something, this is the thirties maybe spies or the mob. Also they used fake names why would he do that except for something shady.
ОтветитьNo at the 13 minute mark it’s so true. Crime like this would have been solved if it happened 30 years later
ОтветитьI feel like this could have been Mafia related
Ответитьbro i cant with that maids name
ОтветитьThe staff of this hotel were allergic to asking ANY questions
ОтветитьI am still wondering why these hotel staff couldn’t get an account of “don”?😭 like i bet he was moving around a lot so there should be atleast one person who saw him right? They seem so incompetent 💀
ОтветитьI think he was killed for cheating bc he said he doing it for my sister so don and the woman could have been brother and sister so he killed him for cheating and she wanted him to be near her bc she still loved him.
ОтветитьRearrange the letters in "Roland T. Owen" to create "A low-rent Don".
ОтветитьYou are twoo 8diots!
ОтветитьIn this episode, we witness the birth of the infamous Ricky Goldsworth.
ОтветитьMy theory is that Ogletree and Don were friends. The "comercial woman" was his partner. Ogletree might have slept with her causing Don to lose it.
He would've walked in on them and it explains the yelling. Don prodeced to murder Ogletree and because Don was probably an associate with the mafia, he didn't give him up. If he did give him up his family would've been killed.
Who else watches these at night and then is checking under there bed and closets 😂😂
ОтветитьTurns out he was just a male BDSM prostitute for a gay mafia boss. Makes a lot of sense come to think of it.
Ответитьa lot of Anton Chigurh vibes
Ответитьkind of fucked up the hosts keep laughing and making jokes about a brutal crime
Ответить"pauper" basically meant poor person. A "pauper's funeral" was done for people whose families could not afford a funeral, and it's still done today (at least in the U.S.)
Ответитьthis one always used to spook me for some reason
ОтветитьMy guy named himself rollin towin
ОтветитьI watched Wendigoon's video on this and the details are almost completely different. I mean he didn't go into as much detail but in his account dude got found with his head in his hands in a corner. That's a pretty different outcome.
