How To Install Pipe Flashing On Your Roof

A few days ago, a semi-large branch (maybe 700 pounds all together) fell on my detached garage roof and did some damage. It only punctured one shingle but dented and scraped others. Can you please make a video on shingle repair and the importance of the layers underneath? I'm not sure if I need to worry about replacing the roofing paper if it's just a bit damaged. Thanks! Hello, new subscriber here. I’m installing a metal roof on new construction. 12x 14 foot roof, lean to style, 3/12 pitch. We used ice and water barrier on the entire roof, but haven’t put on the metal roof yet. I need to install a chimney through the roof, and was wondering if I should put the metal on and then the chimney, or should I install the chimney first and then the roof. Any thoughts are appreciated!

House is older so roof is not flat. Metal doesn't look good curved so I have to shim the purlins, so many details to get it right. This channel is my go to every time I have a question. Dude put the ice and water shield on the pipe get you hamner out tap lightly and it will make the perfect hole tight on the pipe
