ordered. this is exactly what i was looking for. a simple plug and play decent shooter game for the kids and I to burn up on the 75 inch living room TV. Perfect....bring on the snowy crappy winter days with nothing else to do.... has duck hunt and T2 arcade... with rumble and recoil guns... sub $300 for the kit i need. This will work.

I'll hold out until they get a proper build using arcade roms and not PS1 ROMS :(

Anyone can tell me why I cant enter the game with the gun? I can only open library filters and exit it, and navigate the menu with the gun joystick. DO i need a USB controller to navigate it?

How good does it work with pc emulation? Was thinking of using it with a launch box build but not sure how hard it is to setup and how good it works without their system

Ordered a kit on sale and added the pc interface. Shipping was $48 to the US but is sent DHL air.

I got this today my god is it fiddly the sensors look so cheap it’s like you could blow on them and they would break so want to drop them no way.The wires such a mess but this is actually good for the light guns for normal games not great my retro stations way better for games.Bur this is good shame about the shit old shooting games from the 80s who wants to play that but the modern games are good.I think it’s worth the money can someone tell me how to shut this down properly please no idea.

I bought this and it absolutely SUCKS! Setup is a nightmare, user interface is laggy. Some games ALWAYS freeze up. Waste of money, i hope they give me a damn refun!

Hardware aside, what do you think about the guns, accuracy, etc. themselves? Cause I only plan on using these on the pc.

Seems like a pretty decent package TBH. Too bad you're stuck with that ugly front end though. If I were to get these I would get them with the extension box and use them to play a different build on PC.

I just recieved mine,a version 2 already.
I was not early on it because no vga 31khz,also sadly now..in jamma 15khz 320x240p no dreamcast..no naomi..not full acces to all games.
So..I hope with an usb I could adding Dreamcast,naomi,atomiswave..mame deathsmiles..cotton 2..maybe terrordrome..if possible I would be happy..even more with a firmware 31khz..(the native resolution of these games).

this works well with retroarch, but cant figure out for the life of me how to get it working with mame.

I watched another reviewer and noticed he had the crosshairs off for most games and didn’t see the tracking issues, wonder if that’s a factor

So better or worse than the sinden light gun? Just curious of thoughts on accuracy! I love the fact it’s preset up and no fidgeting around with everything.

These look decent as a budget option, I’ve always found sensor bar guns a little weak in the tracking department though and this video demonstrates it perfectly, I have an aim track with sensor bar that I used to use years ago but a couple of years back I backed the Sinden Lightguns on Indegogo so they’re my go to these days, I opted for 2 guns with the solenoid recoil and in all fairness they are expensive, in fact my two guns cost me just as much as this entire setup you’re testing here! As I said though for a budget option they look solid enough, as long as the tracking doesn’t feel like you’re dragging the crosshairs across the screen like the AimTrak used to!

You can make peddles with a old controler and some switches. This is what I did with my wii.

I really want this but almost want to wait for a version 2 that can handle games like house of the dead 2. Also if you open up the console is there a SD card you can pull out and put roms on it? I got a Pandora's box DX and put it into a jamma arcade cabinet and I was able to drop roms into it and it worked fine.

Could this work hooking it up on the legends ultimate because thats where i Want to use it.

Tried ordering this and after I placed my order they emailed me back and claimed DHL is wanting an additional $48 dollar to ship for a grand total of $96 dollars to ship claiming I live in a remote location ,, lived here for twenty four years and have never had DHL tell me that ,, I’m twenty minutes from the biggest university in my state ,, don’t think I want to support this product or company any longer ,, something shady is definitely going on here !

I love t2 and hate t2...I can never get it working right. I either lose the tracking or I lose the target to shoot anything.

I'd rather save up for a sinden set up. Until then, I'm sticking with my ps2 guncon2 time crisis, vampire hunters, and point blank! I want a real crt lightgun detection experience.

Patrick, there IS a way for you to get full functionality with your Red Pandora box.. You need their optional "Firebase" hub which allows for full use with ANY PC or the 10th Pandora.
It doesnt show on their website, but its currently $24.97 (w. FREE shipping) on sale until August 10th (Normally $37.97)
If you add the "Firebase" hub you will be able to connect both to your Pandora and have full recoil.

I've been going back and forth on getting this, but most of the games aren't amazing, it doesn't have my fave - virtua cop...and the guns lose tracking. It'd go in a cab for me. So I think light guns are still dead. That said, I have a modded wii with ghost squad, house of the dead, and a bunch of other "light gun" games on it so I think I can just use that to get my fix and I don't need to dedicate a cabinet to it.

The way I see it, this is good for games you wouldn't see on PS1, PS2, or Wii. Quite the list - 85+ games!
