I get guilty and feel bad so much over small things that don't seem liek a big deal to a lot of people.
Examples:


I went to japan once and my dad had gone a lot of times before me, my mom and sister so he was really
excited for us to try eating ramen in japan for the first time. However we were really tired and not feeling like ramen
at dinner even though we were planning to. So the rest of my family except my dad recommended eatign room
service. I love udon and the room service had udon, but I've never tried it yet it japan so I wanted to try it.
My dad siad it was okay and went to go eat ramen by himself. I felt so guilty for putting my wants and needs
before my dad even though I knew how much he wanted to eat ramen. Sitting alone in restraunts in general
already felt like so sad for me, for some reason. mostly because I've never sat alone in a restraunt, I would
always eat with someone.

Another. exampel was when my dad was running his first marathon. We were goign to cheer him on and so we tracked where he was
in the marathon at the moment. I saw his dot, on the phone which marked where he was. There was only one dot
so I was so worried that he was the only one running there and he was a bit behind then others. At that moment I felt so
sad for him and wanted to run ther and hug him and cheer him on telling he can't give up. Turns out it was only because we
were tracking him and not the other runners and he was running with a bunch of other people.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Jesus said to Thomas, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me". There is only one way to heaven. That Way is Jesus and his word of truth. No other can grant us eternal life.

So yesterday me and like the family ofc had dinner and like...we were all done everyone left but my dad wasn't done eating so i look back at dad and thats when i felt bad and realize that my dad need soemone so i so with him and have a nice chat

Dad tomorrow is your birthday, I hope i can bring your happiness tomorrow. I have not been the best kid, my anger issues and easily moddy attitude is something you don't deserve. You worked so hard for me and our family, one day i wish to repay your sacrifices and i will do better for the both of of my parents. Expecialy you.

the second i read the title i teared up so badly, my dad worked for days and he can only come home in the weekends just to see everyone on the phone. I need to hug my dad

When I was younger, and starting my first year of highschool, I spent so much time focusing on doing better and better in school. I stayed in my room studying and working till I was too tired to hold my pencil.. I wouldn’t come down for hours only to just grab some water.. I still feel that aching guilt. How much of my families life did I miss because all my teachers stressed that if we fail freshmen year we’d fail in life..? Why didn’t I just do better. I know that I needed to calm down but, I was so scared that I was gonna fail in life.

my dad deserves so much better. he literally just made dinner for him and my mom (he doesn’t usually cook) and I went downstairs to see it sitting on the table, and my mom still hasn’t gotten home yet. I feel so bad ☹️

I don’t have a dad but I’m crying-

I used to listen to this because I felt bad for my dad. But now I never want to see him again, he plans to marry a girl hes known less than 2 months and no one but him has met this woman. It feels like I lost my dad for good :(

As I was growing up, the distance between me and my father become more and more further. I spend 5-6 hours at school, spend more than 1 hour with my friends online and almost completely forget about my father who is always eat alone because me and my sister eat before dad does. After hearing this playlist, I wish I could turn back time, I miss the old me, I miss the happy dinner we used to have.

Currently I'm on youth exchange in Brazil for a year snd I won't be back to the US until July so when I saw this video pop up, I froze. Before I left, my mom just up and left me and my dad. He was heartbroken and I didn't know what to feel, I still don't. I can't imagine what my dad is going through now. I can't imagine him getting back from work late in the afternoon, eating by himself without crying a little. Bros, cherish your dads because you never know.

Its the fact that my dad always eats alone because he wants to but i wanna actually spend quality time with him and he doesnt know because i suck at expressing myself and i feel guilty for it

I never liked eating with my parents as i used to get bodyshamed or shamed of what i ate or how i eat but now that i grew up I'm used to it

After a big fight we left out father my sister who is married didn’t go to our house either when my father saw my little niece again he hugged her and said how he missed her and started playing with her and oh my heart broke knowing he also felt alone and knowing he couldn’t be that father to me

stumbled upon this in my recommended, and it's really made me think about my dad a lot, and how his nervous system is slowly getting worse, and there's the possibility of dementia for him. god, this sounds bad, but i'd much rather have him die early than have to go through dementia. he's done so, SO much for me, and i can't really find how to repay him. he's not gonna see this, like, ever, but i love you, dad.
