i listened to this song a lot at the end of my 9th grade year. it really lifted me up a lot because i was coming off of one of the worst periods of my life and finally had things going my way at this point.

Brad was a master vocalist!!

Loved this song when it was released 47 (!!!) years ago and it still gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. Between Brad Delp's electrifing vocals and Tom Scholz's equally amazing guitar work (he played ALL of the guitar and bass parts on the final recorded version), this song rightly remains a gem in the rock canon.

This is probably one of the best rock songs ever!!!! This is also one of the very best rock bands ever to produce it. The iconic "More than a Feeling" song had become a true timeless masterpiece. It caught the airwaves in a hurry after the Boston rock band emerged with their first recorded album in 1976, and shattered all rock music charts, topped practically everyone of those lists. It went on to become one of the "most listened to" rock songs ever, and exploded with popularity over the years. A pure rockin' jam this is, and it's rock music poetry that never gets old.

Whatever list is made about songs, this IS #1! MTV, VH1, radio stations that make their top 100 for Labor Day/Memorial Day etc. This is the best song ever written and put to music! Anyone that disputes this, you shouldn't see this post. This song is the perfect song! The lyrics are amazing so that any person can relate to the feeling. The music, holy shit how amazing all instruments sound!
