It is quite interesting presentation, it is a new approach to practice at work, and it really changes the view to the problem nature for sure. However I don't really believe it will suit all the companies and employees.
It will be probably taken as an experiment and who knows how it reflects on the current job)

Is this a real person speaking? Has this person ever actually worked? These corporate types are so artificial and out of touch.

I wish more companies would actually do these things. It's great to talk about what should be done, it's a whole other experience to do the things. Love the 5 days framework! Committing to try those steps.

How much does a company pay her for that? Sheesh that’s probably why your company is having problems.

Loved this. I'm attaching my present to my past negative outcomes and it's zapping all hope of reaching my potential. It's going to be so awkward and so uncomfortable, in the beginning, so pray for me I have the courage to follow through no matter what.

Honestly, the last part is something companies often overlook,I do agree that when problems occurs the faster we handle it the better it is for everyone involved.
.
Getting to the bottom of your Employees frustrations should really be an urgent matter for any company that values their employees.
.
Also anything that is mediocre, produces low morals , and contributes to a toxic and unpleasant work environment should be fixed like yesterday.
.
Companies who are not people driven will often abuse their employees, because honestly, all they truly care about is stocks and profits -those companies will drain their employees and compromises their mental health and wellbeing to get their profits .
.
I honestly don’t see these old companies who’ve thrive from the old toxic system changing their ways unless we give them an incentive to do so.
.
Let’s start demand that employers improve their ways -by creating policies and training to prevent unhealthy workplaces
.
Wouldn’t you feel better to know that you are interesting your money in a company that has high moral values.

As employees I propose we create our own systems to start getting the word out -to warn others not to work for these unhealthy/toxic companies.
.

Creating healthy company culture is the easiest thing in the world . There are great companies out there doing just that.

This is why I propose as caring citizens we stop investing in these low moral companies and support the ones with better values

This is how we can begin to create real change in the employment system for the betterment of all working employees across our world.

Wow
That was hard to listen to, these people think they're making the world better. But they're really not much more intelligent then those of us that are actually doing real and productive, physical work, that put the food on their tables

Her backhanded jab at straight people is totally inappropriate & extremely unprofessional.

WTF is going with Ted lately? They've gone completely off the high standards they used to have.

Just put the information out & keep the gay agenda to yourselves. It's distracting & annoying. I don't see straight people using their sexual orientation to highlight the information they put out.

I probably speak for lots of people when I say that I have nothing against gays. But announcing your sexual preferences publicly & often is unnecessary. It's private - keep it that way. Do you see straight people doing this at the same rate? Do you think you are above the rules of normal social conduct? Do you actually think anyone cares if you're gay? Why are you doing this? Do you expect special treatment?

Why do lots of gay people find it necessary to publicly announce their sexual orientation? Ted Talks are NOT the place to do that. It's private - keep it private.

I don't see heterosexual people going around announcing their sexual orientation on a regular basis. Why don't they? Because no one cares.

WTF is the point in putting highly private information on display especially in a business setting like a Ted Talk?
What are you trying to accomplish?
No one cares!
Stop it!
It's fucking annoying!
