The most helpful tip I can think of is to gather every garden you see while exploring. Eventually you will need 8 of each for the Healing Axe quest, so it's best to start gathering while you're still exploring for resources, and don't have to waste time on it when there are better things you could be doing, like making machines.

the wood one from the crop sticks is extremely useful, i've completely ignored crop sticks when i got to MV with friends but in my solo world getting progress done takes very long
do you have more uses for the crop sticks outside of wood?

what is the seed of the world

Thats an insane seed ngl. My first seed was kinda like this but a giant villager fortress was spawn between a giant mountain that went to sky limit and beside the ocean. With a river on the north and plains biome south. It was inbrtween 3 biomes. Maple trees/plains and desert, plus the mountains were stone and had snow ontop. So basically had everything but i accidentally corrupted the save file i was so mad lol i only just got to LV tier and had the whole fortress lit up and terraformed nicely xD i found a new fortress in between a jungle/swamp biome on this new save file, not as nice looking but im hoping it has more useful resources. I was about 30 hours into my first gregtech file (never engaged mods that add complexity or machines or magic or anything before) and firstly, thanks so much for the excellent and cool starting seed, love being near but not in desert and mesa but the walled start even cooler.

Also I have no idea how I even could have found out you can put vanilla tree saplings in the crop(sticks) for easy wood. That tip was amazing.

I'm finishing up the massive project of bringing the city to grade(s) and finishing the wall and gonna binge this series today to see what other helpful secrets you got n.n.
