Honorable mentions for worst season are 1982 Colts 0-8-1, 1960 Dallas 0-11-1, 1943-1944 Chicago Cardinals/Card-pitt (they merged in 44 due to not having enough players) going 0-20 over those two years, and the 1942 Detroit Lions going 0-11 (same franchise that went 0-16 all those years later). Now sure those ones from the 40's can be attributed to WWII as most of the players were off fighting the war but still even a blind squirrel finds a nut. Also the 82 colts were in a strike shorten season but at the same time they finished the short season with no wins.

By limiting yourself to the Superbowl era you missed the Lions and Browns championship teams which included the likes of Jim Brown and Bobby Laine. There is no shame to be had in being born before the Superbowl era or is it just that you wanted to stick to color footage. I did not give you a dislike but it was a near thing.

I know you mentioned 13-3 because they won a SB during that season and probably lost one in the 14-2 season.
STILL... maybe mention their best regular season record (for any team) even if they didn't win or get to a SB that year.
Then you can still mention the year said team won it all combined with their best record.

I'm sure there are several other teams that should have their best regular season record mentioned....
Patriots in 2007 was 16-0.... pretty much can't top that! Sure they lost a SB.... but still the 16-0 should have been listed.

Denver was 2-11-1 in 1964. That is a lot worse than 1982's 2-7

2007 is the patriots best season, hands down. Just because they lost the superbowl doesn't change that. They are arguably the best team in nfl history.

I have to disagree on the 1984 49er's. They were certainly awesome but, the 1989 49er's are the best team I've ever seen. They were more like a machine.

I cannot remember who they were playing but, I saw that offensive line move as one unit and literally push an entire defense 2 to 3 yards off the line of scrimmage. The running backs already had two yards before they even hit the hole.

Everyone talks about Montana, Rice and Lott but, they were loaded deep at every position.

Best part about the browns 0-16 season is not only did they join my lions as the only teams to do so but also took a record away from them in the form of the worst 2 season record. 1-31. Lions went 2-30

I'm so sick of these "of all time" NFL videos, when it should have been labeled "Super Bowl era" instead. Its like the 1st 50 years of the NFL never existed in every one of these. And it seems 75% of these all time games always seem to be from the last 15 years

I would argue the 2018 Cardinals were worse than the 2000 team. They had a slightly better point differential than the 2000 team (-200 compared to -233) and an identical 3-13 record, but based on statistical production their Josh Rosen-led offense was astoundingly awful. They finished last in points per game, yards per game, total passing + passing Y/A, total rushing + rushing Y/A, scoring drive %, time of possession, points per drive, AND yards per drive. As if their offense wasn't already appalling enough, they also had the worst rushing defense in the league (they gave up 25 touchdowns on the ground that season).
