Flutter Course - Full Tutorial for Beginners (Build iOS and Android Apps)

I really love this course, great as always FreeCodeCamp! But it badly needs to be updated, a lot of flutter features has been deprecated in this video. Please do another one similar to this, thanks!

Is it possible to have an image, like a picture of a building floor plan, widget that has tappable buttons for areas of interest, like [1], [2], etc. where the quantity and locations of buttons are data driven instead of being hard coded? And, where no matter how the background image is scaled, the tappable buttons position and size themself so they are over the same areas of interest in the underlying image?

How can we test the app if our laptop doesn't support Hyper-V therefore not being able to emulate android ? My laptop is not as good as yours lool

Is flutter\dart only for simply apps, or can you also build complex user interfaces, with dynamic layouts, resizable grids, grids within grids, etc? Thanks
