Is the cobra safe to do if I have grade 2 spondylolisthesis? When I do it, it does give me some relief however I can no longer do the full cobra. I can go halfway or less.

ОтветитьI work sitting all day and even when I take breaks, I have a very good chair etc nothing helps. I have tried all the videos out there and the only exercises that have helped are the ones from this man! Good bless him and please keep posting videos related to sciatica pain 🙏🏻

ОтветитьCan u suggest safe stretches for Lower back pain & sporadic bursitis caused by:
L1-2, L3-4 & L5-S1 level small disc bulge.
L3-4, L4-5 Mild- moderate bilateral ligamentous facet hypertrophy.
L4-5 level grade 1 spondy.
L4- L5 & L5-S1 mild - moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. Thank u!

Ответитьyou are a lifesaver- This morning - worst sciatica pain - it's usually the worst in the morning, but this morning I was ready to cry. Should I see a chiropractor? I am using ice, heat, stretching, walking Aleve, Motrin, Biofreeze, etc. Ugh- How should I be sleeping at night? - I honestly think my mattress is somewhat to blame as I feel better lying on the floor. It's only on my left side. thankfully.

I jog a mile or two once o twice a week.
Would it be wise to lay off jogging until some progress in sciatica relief is achieved ?
