Aren't 0.05 mA = 50microA, and not 50nA?

Thanks so much. I have a situation where I need to output a high signal +5 based on a signal from a battery management system going from ground to to floating (not connected to ground). If input floating then output = +5 else if input not floating then output = Gnd or floating( dont care as long as not ~+5). The output will be going to a sensor on a low voltage disconnect device. I think transistor in a circuit do this or can you point me to one of your videos on this? I am thinking about using a pull pull up resistor to Arduino digital input pin but then I"d need to use a relay or another port to make this happen. Just wondering if a simple circuit can do the same thing.

One of these days I am going to build up the courage to measure current. 😂 No rly, any day now. 😂
