Sorry for comment spamming but thought it was funny as Duffy was explaining about why he’s behind planting this year and slowly getting loosing traction in that wet spot closer to end of the video… as he’s explaining that you can see the chisel plow slowly plugging up behind him as he’s videoing 😂definitly been there befor. Downside to chisels, they like to plug up with trash easily.
ОтветитьTo bad your so far away from where I’m at we’ve got all 8 tires in quite good shape on our old 7020 and look like same size rim and everything as yours. they were put on a year befor she got parked. It hasn’t moved in 8 years but they all still have wind in them and not really dry rotted at all they still have tons of life and could probly take the whole tractor for next to nothing. I might try and get the old girl runnin this summer even tho it only has hitch and 2 remotes and basically useless to us. Not enough power to pull chisel plow even it’s sad to see her sit there and rust
ОтветитьJust goes to show ya how much more torque those older engines really have compared to newer ones. Pulling our chisel plow this year, same number of shanks as yours, but pulling with our 8320r on 800 duals, according to my power output gauge at times I was using close to 100% power and could make those 800 duals spin still to and that’s a first gen 8r no emissions only egr it’s the same as a 8030 series just bit more power and 8r cab. And that old 7520 just chuggin along at what sounds like 15-1600 rpm and still spins all 8 tires even tho there narrower and less tread but still. 160 less horse and does it almost as good. Mind you I was chiseling up cover crop ground that we had chopped a week prior so harder ground but still. I put out 7230r on same chisel plow and needed our huge front weight to have it hold traction and then after that it would pull down all 260 horse to its knees befor tires would slip. 7230r didn’t have enough power for most of our ground had to lift the plow up a bit for the harder stuff. Even in the softer ground it was using 80-125% power at all times. Both our 8 and 7r both have the 9.0 in them as well our 8320r definitly has more lower end grunt then the newer emissions intact 9.0s supposed to be putting out more power. Emissions stuff kills these newer diesels torque
ОтветитьTube the tire for now or dairy farm it fix t when the tire falls off
ОтветитьIf you put no lying down at the bottom and be so wet
Ответитьpraying for manure and sunny days
ОтветитьTire jet the tire and keep going?
ОтветитьHope the weather lets you get that seed in the ground because the calander says it is time
ОтветитьJust run it. If the bead doesn’t break it will be fine. You taken Harlee out line dancing in them new boots.
ОтветитьYou barrel racing now 😂🙄🧐
ОтветитьNeed muck boots
ОтветитьJust use your farming scenes you will find tire for your tractor I waited about a year and found 4 tires like brand new for $400.00 just had to mount them myself and that’s been 5 years ago so shop till you drop bro
ОтветитьNo wonder his lines are so crooked. Never puts his phone down
ОтветитьMicrophone sucks in the tractor.
ОтветитьA good tire shop could vulcanize that slash in the tire and get you through the rest of the season
ОтветитьI like the camera angle when you are driving on the road or geald prep 🎉🎉❤😊
ОтветитьTacovas are made in Mexico. I prefer USA made boots. If you make your money in the USA, spend your money in the USA.
TireJect, " One Lonely Farmer" swears by it and has a vid where he peppered a tire with bullet holes and it seal and kept on goingo
Great job, hope that tire holds !
Why do you leave the door on the 7520 open> I am surpirsed you have not broken it yet.
Ответитьlol never comment on when something is going fight. Because that’s when it all falls apart.
ОтветитьThere are tire manufacturers that you can get blemished tires at a discount. Brand new but not full priced.
ОтветитьDoctors must have finally got to the bottom of what was wrong. You aren't out of breath and winded just working away like you were.
ОтветитьA good used tire has saved me enough times that I always consider it as an option. That drainage looks great, I'm guessing it would be a surprisingly high number of gallons per hour added all up. Gotta love it!
ОтветитьOpening up the ground will help hang in there it can't rain all the time just keep doing what you do
ОтветитьIt's a pain in the butt Chris getting a cut down tire
Ответитьreplace the drives, then you have 3 spares
ОтветитьBlack dirt!
Ответить❤❤❤❤ stuff always tires........
ОтветитьWould a big boot on the inside and a new tube might work on your rear tire to get you by for awhile
Ответитьtires are what wins the race!😂😂😂
ОтветитьThat looked like a Chamberlain tractor from Oz!
ОтветитьThat was great Chris loved getting it done thank you can't wait for next video👍👍👍
ОтветитьYea we had to put the new tires on the duals on our 7520 and we put a cheaper tire on because even tho it was our main work horse it isn't worth putting 10 or 15k in a tractor thats at the end of the day still worth 10 or 15k which we have 30.8 30 on the inside and 18.4 34 on outside on ours
ОтветитьWill the parts chopper tires work to get you by ??????
ОтветитьI think you may have to add a mic now
ОтветитьHey Chris will the junk chopper tires fit on the big Tractor?
ОтветитьIs it just me, or am I deaf... can anyone else hear what Chris is saying when he is driving the tractor?
ОтветитьEasier said than done but ....don't throw good money after bad. Eat it and get the tires and be done with it for the rest of the life of the tractor.
ОтветитьGuess i shouldn't have pointed out that it looked like you needed tires if i wouldn't of said nothing it wouldn't of blown out
ОтветитьMy brother always hated co-op tires, The sidewalls always crack. I didn't pay to much attention to them until I blew out a Co-op sidewall last year hauling Round Baledge bales. He was right n the White got a new pair on the rear...
ОтветитьAre you getting pigs again this year?
ОтветитьI like seeing the dogs ride on the tractor
ОтветитьNow what ya need is a good John Deere 650 dozer with a Winch on the back . Why a winch , Well two reasons . One for the weight and balance as t makes a huge difference in balance and adds traction for more pushen power and reason two for those days ya Think oh i can get thru there with the combine and ya plant it half way to China or the day your clearing and find that one soft spot when it goes down and also a snatch block. They are a game changer when it comes to getting stuff out . Personally i have been around Ag and industrial equipment for many moons and of all small dozers i have run with a big attitude that will do way more then asked for and that is a 650 G with the direct drive power shift really impressed me . One of them would really do a great job for ya on clean up and something that would might even make you a few extra bucks here and there , easy to haul at around 20-22000 lbs and about 100 Hp. I ran one fresh off the truck and in the first couple hours we found all the good and bad . The good was it had go power , loved the direct drive powershift ( that took some getting use to as being direct drive you can plum stall the engine out , when you hook it in gear ya had best be ready to GO . The bad was the fact this one did NOT have a winch , nothing on the back but a draw bar and it made it nose heavy , in soft ground once you lifted the blade it would go nose down and NOT flat track out of soft conditions . With the dealer standing there watching as this was the first 650 G he sold I told him we need weight on the back for balance and he called back to the dealership and had the mechanic bring out three slab weights to add . Now we had a Dozer worki along side a D 6 C high horse power the 650 could push more Faster and with the four speed transmission you could push in third gear to carry a blade full , . the lever steer i liked better then the pedal steer as we Demoed the pedal steer in the direct drive . I was helping a friend put in a new housing development at the time when i had time between service calls and going to equipment auctions . As i ran and Ag equipment repair service and delt in used farm equipment . But i started my working life as a heavy equipment operator and was known as one of the best dozer operators in my area . And a darn good Ag equipment mechanic though i specilize in that RED color line as in my area we have stilll a ton of Red in the fields. . Now to bad your way up in N.Y. as down here in the Buckeye i have a tire guy that srells tires way below the rest . When i needed 16.9x38's *for my S/MTA and EVERYBODY was payen 525-650 a tire PLUS tubes Jimmy got me Firestone All Trac.'s for 275 including tubes , When my 806 needed new 18.4 x34's and new Firestone Radials were 950 a tire less tubes , Jimmy got me 8 ply Firstone radials for 645 including tubes When the 1066 needed new tires again Jimmy came thru for 875 for what ever they call the 18.4x38 now in Firstone radials and that included refilling with Cal.
ОтветитьChris unless I'm mistaken that tractor you passed being loaded on the road was either a super 70 or 90 Chamberlain an Australian tractor from the 1950-s they were rated at 70 and 90 hoarse power GM powered. I had one.
Ответитьit pays to be a leech and get all your cloths free
Ответитьget 4 wide floater tires
Ответить“Defunly”, “comfterble”, “uncomfterble”, “wahder”, “presheate” and “probly” are not words.
ОтветитьI'm assuming those are 18.4-34s. Always seems the ones you find on marketplace are worse than what you have. I'm trying to find a pair for my farmall 706.
ОтветитьMan, with new shoes, that ole 7520 will pull like death. What is it turned up to?
ОтветитьAnother great video
