Sorry but $49,000.00 a month in rent and $26,000.00 in monthly mortgage is too ambiguous. It's not realistic with 20% down or something. You must tell us, how much is he putting down, and what are the total monthly expense to maintain this property - even though it will be a lower number since it's a brand new building but there is always a cost factor.

It's not exactly possible for everyone to own rentals. If everyone owned rentals no one would need to rent.

There is one real nugget in this video: you don’t make any money on parking…hence why it’s going away and why they are pushing mass transit….meanwhile they drive big cars and trucks and fly in private jets.

A 5 townhouse building will bring in about $49,000 a month? Those rents are $9,800 a month? Am I hearing this correctly?
