Thank you TRC/ Im not a fan of strengthening and conditioning but know the importance. This was easy and what a sweat!!
ОтветитьI know this is a dumb question I’m sorry but wanted to ask anyways but could this be considered a cross training exercise too? one day a week? I’m on a marathon schedule and it says cross train then rest day. I do my long runs either Saturday or Sunday but could I do this for my cross training day? Or no?
ОтветитьDoing this everyday !!
Day 1: ✅
Easy, I did it in bed and those kicks took me OUT. 113.8
Day 2: ✅
I felt sooo sore all day but afterwards it was fine. The kicks didn't bother me at all !! fingers crossed i do it tomorrow before i go to my friends house at 7am. 114
Loved this! Was super easy to follow and actually challenging. How many times per week would you recommend?
ОтветитьEvery exercise was easy expect the jumping lunes my leg's get pain🦵
ОтветитьI feel amazing thank you guys
ОтветитьMy goal is to be able to do all three jump lunges without having to stop ot change ti bornal lunges haha 😅
ОтветитьGreat workout! Thank you,
ОтветитьJumping lunges💀
ОтветитьLove these follow along sessions. Great to get the heart pumping and not feel like I’m on my own working out…. Time passes much faster. Thank you!
ОтветитьStarted 5k training about two weeks ago because it has always been a goal of mine to really take care of my body. Well a few days ago I learned you should pair running with strength training, which is how I found this video! It was (IMO ) really hard, but I gave it my all! I can't WAIT to see how my body and health change for the better!! Thank you for this video, for helping newbies like me become stronger one day at a time!!!
Ответитьthe fact i was out of breath before the warm up was over is concerning… def doing more of this!!!
Ответитьit's suitable strength training for 10k Race?
ОтветитьSuch a great video!!
ОтветитьI took a break from running. Now I’m trying to get back on track and train for a half marathon. I tried this at the gym for strength training and boy oh boy. It was good; I love the burn. No pain no gain
ОтветитьThank you, folks! 49 years young and just about managed to do this. Will build it into my running routine.
Ответитьthanks for burning my body😆
ОтветитьJust started today and reading these comments motivate me😊seems like a long journey but I will keep up

ОтветитьWow first time
Doing this sweating like mad
This is exactly what I'm looking for, but I have a question what do you do if you have a really hard time with the jumping lunges.
I just can't do them well at all, going to need a lot more practice.
I skip the 3rd round.... 🥵🥵🥵
Ответитьthank you for this video. This november i will do my virgin marathon, wish me luck🤞
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video. I've just tried your workout and really like it, even though it was a bit too hard at times (especially jumping lounges). 🙂
ОтветитьI'm gonna try this because I'm doing cross country this year and track
ОтветитьHoly balls this is tough 😂 nearly killed me. But will keep coming back
ОтветитьGreetings from Sydney, Australia! I've signed up for a 10km run in September! I was expecting a relatively chilled strengthening workout but didn't expect to be sweating my butt off by the end! Thanks for the video, you've gained a new subscriber 😊
ОтветитьI do plenty of running and think I'm reasonably fit, but this workout had me sweating like anything and the next day my butt muscles hurt seriously!
ОтветитьLoved the exercise i have done it four times and it doesnt hurt anymore but i wanted to ask to make this a routine how much tiems a week should i do this exercise. And thx for it.
ОтветитьThank you so much!
ОтветитьTried this workout for the first time yesterday, instead of going for a run. I thought I was reasonably fit, but apparently not. 😂 I would've sweated less doing hill sprints.
Thanks, will definitely use this video again, and will also try Session #2. 👍
You saying in the third round "you should start feeling the burn" killed me cause I was burning all the way from the warm up 💀
ОтветитьIm daunted by the amount of these videos. This one seems good though. The warm up was completely knackering. Im training for Berlin Marathon.
ОтветитьHow often I should do this workout. Right now I'm doing it once a week.
ОтветитьIt's so hard to do...with a puppy "helping" you do them
ОтветитьAs you mention in the Title Session "1", do you have any additional session?
ОтветитьI am really tired after this, I am barely starting to get back into running and getting myself in shape after 2 years of break and this was an amazing workout that I will continue to visit often. Thank you so much💪
Ответитьtough but great!!!!
ОтветитьDo you folks have modification video for beginners runners to train for half marathon? How many season do you folks have this to weight loss and burn fat to live healthily?
ОтветитьWow this was so hard and felt so good! I am 5 months postpartum and switching to regular workouts instead of postpartum ones- definitely kicked me into the next gear. Thanks!
ОтветитьThis was a great workout as I’m babying a hurt foot. My advice for future workouts would be to try to eliminate the up and down from the floor to feet so much.
ОтветитьNever understand people who wear shoes indoors
ОтветитьI first found this video during lockdown, probably when it was rough weather and I couldn't go running, but I've found it really helpful, and returned to it today as an alternative to running - a knee issue means certain exercises are unwise. Thank you!
ОтветитьVery good thank you🎉
ОтветитьCan this be used for a 14 teenager like me? Really want to start working out
ОтветитьThis is a great workout, thank you!
ОтветитьI'm staying in an hotel room with no way to go running - it was great being able to workout thanks to your video!
ОтветитьI have never felt weaker in my life 😂 I'm doing really big weekly mileage but turns out I am also weak as a kitten and this work out is harder than all of the miles combined! Glutes hurt for four days afterwards last week, but I'm back again. Hopefully they'll only hurt for three this time :P
Ответитьafter doing this for the first time yesterday I now know what DOMS is today
