How to Fix a Scratched or Damaged Disc and Unreadable Disc Error for Xbox, Playstation, and PC

This actually did remove some scratches on my disc but it still doesn't work. This is very good for light scratches however. My disc was just dirty when I put it in.

Does charcoal infused toothpaste count as having abrasive materials in it? I don't have anything else and my Game Dr is so fucking old that it's missing the tray that spins the disc and I can't find the cleaner fluid.

Unfortunately doesn't work.
Basically just makes your scratched disc a scratched disc with hygiene supplies on it.
My device is fine, I did every step exactly like he did with the correct supplies, and it did absolutely nothing
