Use ONE emoji to describe your current iron play!
ОтветитьGreat instructions!! Are your eyes on the back, top, or front of the ball during your swing? …..asking for a friend.😊
Ответитьi tried these for 100 swings and didnt hit 1 good shot, i must be genetically inable to play golf
Ответить2 years late I get to this video, and it’s so simple and straight forward, looking forward to working on this at the range!
ОтветитьI’ll take a thin iron over a fat iron anyway but that’s probably because I have ptsd of my early on swing
ОтветитьAll golf bettering videos kill your game. All. They should be disabled
ОтветитьMost people just are not capable at all. I wish everyone could play good
ОтветитьPlease review the mizuno driver and fairway woods. They never seem to get much air time
ОтветитьStarted golf a few months ago started watching these videos to strike the ball better and it has helped so much my games gotten better loads
ОтветитьGreat teaching that have helped me a lot. Thank you
ОтветитьThis was the BEST video i've ever seen to help me hit my irons as a beginner.
ОтветитьBest tips I’ve seen on how to hit better irons. Great video, thanks for sharing, cheers.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьSick of that old fart before the videos telling me he can fix my slice in one swing. Listened to him for ten minutes and all he did was play a guessing game. Keep your damn secret.
ОтветитьI start with my hands In line with my leading leg pocket and take my swing period the way you were presetting is the way I always hit. I just feel a lot more in control. It's hard for me to start with the club in my hand centered. Only downside is It looks a little funny, but it works for me.
ОтветитьThe guy in the background is following your tips as you give em in the video, and you can see his swing improve immediately hahah
ОтветитьVery very good advice. Going to the range to try it out
ОтветитьHow "are you not entertained" wasn't said after the chip in is beyond me 😅
ОтветитьCannot thank you enough for these absolutely awesome, and extremely helpful tutorials. I stopped playing for about 5 years, started up again during covid, and definitely needed to go back to the basics.
Rediscovered my love for the game.
Also... Walking to save a bit of $ has added an extra bonus by losing about 40 lbs!
Thanks Again Rick!!
Don’t forget to have the toe slightly up when getting set. Very very important! Most beginners think they should start flat and finish flat.
ОтветитьAwesome as usual!
ОтветитьEverything youve given for advice is great but add in what to do your legs because i had such trouble with my swing for every club because i wasnt twisting properly but once i learned that twist then added everything else ive watched with the proper twisting i ended with the heel lift as if my muscle memory just took control it was really cool but yeah i think thats a huge thing that causes amateur golfers like myself to have trouble taking all the good advice without that little piece involved
ОтветитьHi I'm a new player and have been playing for around 2 months, I played at the weekend and my iron play was awful, I watched this video and played again yesterday as I wanted to put your instructions into practice, I was hitting the ball much smother and getting so much more loft and distance on my shots, yes sometimes I was still fatting/thinning the ball but with more practice I'm sure I will get this out of my game, thanks so much!!!
ОтветитьThanks Rick!
ОтветитьThis video changed my game years ago coming back. Good starter video
ОтветитьI’ve been using my 3 wood around the green like a putter and low irons and it helps!! Anytime I try to flop one up, it goes over!!!😢
ОтветитьCan you please make a video teaching how/where to position the balls for every club?
ОтветитьRich, I appreciate the video, hitting my irons better now. Question- where would the shaft be for the fairway woods, same as Driver? Thanks- Bill
ОтветитьA thin shot is a stinger best shot during heavy wind!!
ОтветитьRick as a beginner golfer I can't thank you enough for this video. It identified why I wasn't hitting the ball properly and corrected my swing, really enjoying playing and progressing now, thanks
ОтветитьMore like !…
thin a long iron and lose your front teeth ! ..
Thin a wedge and lose your ball ..probably 367 yards into a premiere inn 3rd floor window ! .🙄
😢
ОтветитьThis is genius. I play a lot of golf and have never had anyone make this so simple to understand. Thank you.
Ответитьgreat tips!
Ответить🤔
ОтветитьVery helpful. Can't wait to try these tips out. Thank you.
Ответить😢
ОтветитьThanka
ОтветитьGreat tips! As someone who struggles with thinning my irons, I found the advice on ball position and weight distribution particularly helpful. And I never realized the importance of maintaining the correct shaft angle at impact. Thanks for breaking it down in such a clear and concise manner. Can't wait to put these tips into practice on the course! ⛳👍
ОтветитьThank you so much for this, I was fatting and thinning so many iron shots but after I watched this and actioned tips No1 and no3, now every iron shot is hit like my best iron shot that I'd normally only see 20% of the time 😂😂
ОтветитьSo glad to see these tips. Definitely things I need to put into my golf game. Thanks for making great content.
ОтветитьRick someone is Cat fishing you on Facebook and offering prizes.
ОтветитьNo I hit the ball forward in my stance because I lean into the ball. It just depends on your body movement not where the ball position is necessarily.
If I hit the ball in the middle of my stance, bad, things are gonna happen
Great tips!! Thanks!!
ОтветитьWatching this had made me feel better about going out tomorrow
ОтветитьRighto. Thanks for this. I’ll give these a go. It seems that I’ve gone backwards with golf. As if I’ve never played before. Argh. Frustrating.
ОтветитьI have watched so many tips to help my irons swing but this one is the best by far! Instant improvement! Thanks Rick!
ОтветитьHere once again after a 101 in first day of a tournament, watching these videos the morning of the second day trying to pull myself together 😂
Ответить
