ОтветитьI absolutely love your videos! I just recently came across them and decided to start you November series last week. I can already feel a huge difference! I have a couple of autoimmune conditions that make it hard for me to do certain workouts and have led to me already going through full menopause even though I'm only 41. In just this last about 2 weeks of doing your videos, my sleep, energy, strength, stamina, mood, pain, fatigue, etc... have all improved! I feel better than I have in a very long time. So thank you!! Please keep them coming. I am a forever subscriber! 🥰

ОтветитьI’ve already commented but I just wanted to say thank you again Nicole. This has been a go to session for me when I feel I’ve not been using my legs enough. It’s kept me in discipline and has also kept me in shorts all summer and loving my legs and glutes!
