ОтветитьI turned 50 years old this year. I had 3 surgeries in 2019 (01/19 emergency surgery to remove walnut size gallstone that broke through & passed into my intestine, 06/19 removal of gallbladder, AND FINALLY 12/19 hernia surgery as a result of the first 2 surgeries). I lost all my core strength during & after these surgeries, my posture has declined, my breathing has become difficult after even easy exercise, & I've lost interest in my love of hiking & being outdoors. I've decided to look into videos to help rebuild my core strength & get back to feeling ALIVE AGAIN! I have watched about 5 videos & yours is the one I feel most comfortable with. I am looking forward to following your video & look into other videos of yours as I rebuild my core strength. Thank you!
Ответить😇 worked for my frozen shoulder
ОтветитьHey Michelle! I got a question about the laying-down exercises...
So, I heard on another video about core exercises that the lower back should be kept flat against the ground as much as possible; to prevent any of the workload being transferred to the lower spine, instead of the abdominal muscles.
But for these exercises, a gap seems intentionally maintained between the lower back and the ground?
I was wondering if there was a reason for that?
Thank you for making this video btw!
Thank You!!!! I felt benefits from these slow exercises in ways I don’t even feel with the fast paced abdominal workouts. ❤️❤️💜💚💓❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
