The whole tipping thing is bs, the porters should get together and decide what is a price they agree with, whether it be $1 a bag or $1M.
ОтветитьWhat a fantastic film, a truly great watch 👍🏻
ОтветитьTo me it sounds as if the mountain is saying, or rather asking, that it finally be left alone. But man is unstoppable, he just has to explore and discover everything. Terrible.
ОтветитьI wish, you would use metric system for such documentation. For the rest of the world outside of america nobody has a clue what feet are. Just use Meters like rest of the world.
ОтветитьWhat a stat! More people have been to outer space than stood on the summit of K2.
ОтветитьIndia need to capture K2
ОтветитьTHE SUN SEEMS SO CLOSE AT THE TOP OF K2 AND EVEREST, IT'S ALMOST AS IF THEY ARE LITERALLY RIGHT ABOVE US, AND NOT A MILLION MILES AWAY LIKE NASA (SATAN) TELLS US.
THE SUN AND THE MOON ARE THE SAME FUCKING SIZE AND RIGHT ABOVE US AND INSIDE THE DOME.
Nicely filmed and produced.
Gave a good look at what K2 is like.
Thankful they all made it safely.
I have heard that Annapurna has a higher fatality rate though.
ОтветитьCome here because of The Climber (Kokou No Hito) manga. Such a treacherous and savage stand alone mountain!
ОтветитьDoes anyoe else in the climing party talk or is it the same annoying guy!!!!!😠 eeds to shut the F up!!!⛔
ОтветитьI am retired. The last month or so I have binge watched caving(spelunking), cave diving, scuba diving, and mountain climbing. The one thing I have come to a conclusion. No thank you!! Y'all that have a love or desire to do these extreme sports, y'all have my thoughts and prayers and I support you. I have a family and a new grandson I haven't got to see yet and I really want to. Good luck guys and girls! But you have to tip the Sherpas. Y'all are spending thousands you need to tip thousands!
ОтветитьThe people working for the climbers are working for nothing. What an economic system we have in our unfair world. But this is another story.
The great mountains are majestic but far from beautiful. My personal opinion is that tall mountains are just deserts with uneven landscapes and worse because of less oxygen. Of course, much more dangerous. I love going up to the mountains but not too much above the timberline.
So your telling me someone climbed that w no gear just to put ropes for everyone after to use?
ОтветитьId wing suit from the summit back down to my car in the parking lot
ОтветитьCan't you tip more??? A 50$ means nothing to you.
And 10$ is not a 'tip'. You need to pay some price to them for helping you carry your damn food.
They should have tipped them to make up for their loss from the previous shameless team so they could get going.
ОтветитьThe audacity of giving 2 dollars for their days of hard work..
ОтветитьGeorge Bell was my grandpa. Love to see him recognized
ОтветитьIf you liked this then you should read the Everest trilogy by Gordan Korman
ОтветитьKokou no Hito Fans 🖐
ОтветитьThe way it SHOULD be done. Small team of hardened professionals in their best shape, traveling fast. Not caught in a traffic jam of inexperienced unfit amateurs.
Leave the 8000s to the pros.
It's so inspiring to see these brave people risk their lives on something so pointless.
ОтветитьI love the brand but why r u not delevering in europe ??!!
ОтветитьWell, getting to K2 Base Camp would be a lifetime achievement for me. And this guy is getting there with a stomach bug.
Ответитьinfuriating that people dont tip the local porters well. These people are NOT seeing any part of the tens of thousands of dollars being spent on these expeditions. They are just locals trying to make money because that is the only job they have available there. They risk their lives for this. They don't even have proper basic climbing equipment. They're all dressed in very light fabrics with old joggers and secondhand jackets. If there were no porters 99% of these climbers wouldn't even be able to get to k2. respect their lives. Just recently Kristin harila and multiple other people were seen stepping over the body of a local porter to beat some kind of "record" on k2. Disgusting.
Ответитьim convinced that this type of mountaineering is just exploiting native people.
ОтветитьIt kind of sucks that this isn't on Netflix, the quality of the production is just as good as the other mountaineering documentaries on Netflix and should be rewarded with the viewers that Netflix brings.
ОтветитьWow, they made it to the top!
I guess they made it down safely...
Ana purna is the worst
ОтветитьI think summit of Carraibean its much better
ОтветитьCourageous is an understatement. I can't imagine how difficult this is to do.
ОтветитьThese climbers are Gods. I'd bow before them. Thank You Eddie Bauer.
ОтветитьMF this is not Pakistan territory this is our territory
ОтветитьWho put the ropes before they climbed😮😮😮😮
ОтветитьI love the entire team in this one!! Especially Carla, her attitude is so good. I want to be like her when times get tough! Smiling, focused, serene, a true happy warrior ⚔️
ОтветитьThis lady has Balls of Steel maybe just a bit harder than mine 🤔😉😎
ОтветитьI can barely climb out of bed but this was dope
ОтветитьThey are so out of touch with reality. They don’t understand most people couldn’t even dream of doing this because of the financial barrier. Aside from the cost of climbing equipment and expedition, just to have the training time is something most of us can only dream of. No one ever says anything about that.
ОтветитьIn terms of fatalities, Annapurna is statistically more dangerous.
ОтветитьI seriously enjoyed this! Incredibly powerful!!!
ОтветитьWow, nice adventure..
ОтветитьAdrian is one of those gay guys that sounds like an old Jewish woman.
ОтветитьHow did they put those ropes up there, the ones that climbers use for support and safety, before climbing, as well as those stairs?
ОтветитьYup the Mountains need a break from people just like the salmon do
Ответить✅️✅️✅️
ОтветитьI wouldn't have the courage to try, but I admire
ОтветитьI like 'neck bottles'. Very cute.
