Hi Trevin thanks for the informative checklist. Number 6, Inactive listing, Isn't it OK to have Inactive (Out of Stock) when it is a brand new first-time listing? Is it possible to get negative sales data if there were no previous sales? Closing may bring other issues with the listing, I had to re-enter the same listing 3 times as Seller support couldn't find any explanation why it wasn't working.

The grammar has nothing to do with the review. Most reviews are about the product not about store. Do not find excuses for bad reviews. Don't get in the habit of telling new sellers to try to get negative reviews removed. I realize negative reviews will hurt your ranking but don't make it a reason to remove. Use the review to enhance your product. Unless it is fraudulent or spam the review needs to be left intact.
