Is there a way to get rid of the spacing between expansion panels when expanded in an expansion panel list in Flutter?

ExpansionPanel and ExpansionTile are both underwhelming to work with: they lack vertical padding and border radius settings.

It sucks that it is not a widget but a class that only ExpansionPanelList can use and it adds UI that you probably do not want and cannot customise.
