YAY or NO WAY!? JAPAN GIRLS on ARMPIT HAIR

I'm a man and I always shave my legs and armpits. My girl like it too. It feels more hygienic than just letting it grow like grass.

You should ask older people sometimes. It's like old people don't even exist and nobody cares about them. I'm sure you will find women who haven't shaved in her whole lifes.

This is sad. Shaving in Japan was imported from the West. It didn't even start being a thing until the 80s. You could not even find razors for women... All of sudden people are disgusted by hair. All due to propaganda.

One of the girl is contradicting herself because she said something about freedom but would feel the pressure to do something if everyone starts doing it. Social pressure does not equal to freedom.

If your gonna report something, report it accurately and not just to try to make Japan sound better than it is, because when ppl come they are quickly disallusioned by all the glowing reports. Same thing with France, they hear all the glowing tales than get there and are confronted with the reality and get depressed. Japan does have great qualities but it is not the beacon of hope in Asia. Tell ppl that and let them decide..

Bullshit, Japanese ppl don't shave their privates, or under their arms. I was just at an onsen and had ppl staring at me because I am clean shaven down there.

I think it would've been interesting to ask people of different ages about it too to see if it's a generational thing at all

I've been removing my armpit hair all my life and recently stopped for a couple of weeks and that's how I realised that nothing is growing there anymore :D

They should talk about chest hair on Men
Society wants Men to shave because they said is nasty and doesn't look appealing to women.

I don't understand why hairs are such an important topic. I really don't care in general. And more I get older, and less I care. I just shave when I want to, and doesn't look at others hairs. 🤷‍♀️ I just think nobody should feel ashamed or feel pressure about it. Just do what you want. 🤷‍♀️

Nobody discuss the influence of western culture/perspective ALWAYS try to change/impose it on other societies by using whatever tools they having(soft power &hard power)?? I see the arrogant and disrespectful part.
