Don't misguide if you talk about monetary terms and in long term IIM A will always be far ahead.

And CTC of RBI and CTC of IIM there is vast difference.

RBI grade B CTC is around 20-24 LPA with in hand of 1.16-1.20

Top IIM Grads are earning somewhere between 1.5 to 2 in hand monthly as a starting salary.

this is not for normal students...only candidates from top colleges can clear this exam..i accept that exceptions are there..but in general this is not for normal students. so think deeply before starting your preperation

Sir no offense but 5 saal bhi RBI wale ki 30-35 Lpm hogi aur iim a wale ki 40-50 k bich mein hogi ya usse bhi zyada in terms of career growth I feel mba is a better option
