This guy is so great...as an action star, he's able to convey the feeling of "I wouldn't be doing ANY of this if you didn't force me... But since you did, death it is."
The Raid has the best and most creative fight sequences I've ever seen. Especially considering the whole movie is basically one big fight scene separated by occasional bits of story. But I love every second of it. Lots more from him I need to check out now, thanks for this video.

I love the elevator fight scene between Iko and Yayan 'Mad Dog' Ruhiyan in Merantau (And story wise that scene is heart wrenching)
Interestingly, both are real martial artist turned actor. But Merantau came before The Raid, yet Yayan acted better in that movie than The Raid. Perhaps because his character in Merantau is closer to his real life personality. He's definitely not cold blooded Mad Dog 😃
