I quit smoking . My doctor gave me nicotine gum . I chewed gum all day. I got addicted to the gum . One day I was chewing and my tooth crown came off and then I had to quit the gum or else my other teeth would fall out. After quitting the gum I felt like I had the flu for about a week . I couldn't eat so I drank soup and got better

Britt S—Volunteer for something you really have a passion for, animal shelters, rescue groups, those are my passions. Started volunteering in my mid-20’s and met great guys this way. I think doing something good for the community, completely unfocused on meeting someone, that’s a really good way to meet like-minded people. But it can’t be the reason to volunteer, one has to just put the cause as the priority. Not meeting someone. Hope this makes sense.

Hey I wanted to touch on the flashing lights. Beware If a semi truck flashes its lights at you they could be trying to get you to pullover so they can take advantage of you. My stepdad is a truck driver and warned us kids about this. I’ve actually had this happen to me. I was driving from O’Hare in a rental car so the license plates were out of state and it was a long stretch of nothing on the highway in IL where there isn’t much and I didn’t have signal on my cell phone. I knew there wasn’t anything wrong and kept driving. Stay safe worsties!!

I can see Gen Z aging better. They are a lot more health conscience. When Millennials were young, smoking and tanning were popular, and both age your skin terribly. The Gen Z getting fillers are the ones with money and are not the majority
