I have convex side (side that is outside stick out) and my hip is high in that side...

Nobody works on real solution to workout the right muscles , right movements using smart machines and practicaly undo the scoliosis on the same path which it come !

It's the best explanation and demonstration I found for the different special cases of skoliosis - and I like the very practicable excercises, which I can practice during the whole day, where ever I go, stand, work, wait. I felt relief within a short time. A great addition for physical therapy. Top!

ОтветитьI'm a 60 year old man and have been dealing with scoliosis since about 13 and the pain that often goes with it. Recently I told my PCP that I had back pain due to my scoliosis and he said that he hadn't heard of scoliosis causing pain. I've had him as a doctor for 15 years and I think it might be time to get a new doctor. Thanks for your videos.

ОтветитьI can see how most of this is good for those without hardware i always give something a chance cuz you never know. I have my own exercises but i get tight easy . Hamstrings and i find pulling ky knees ibto my chest rely good

Unbelievable! This is what I needed! I was dx as an adult with scoliosis with a mild curvature on my left side like a "C". My twin brother and I were born with polio back in the mid 50s; neither of us learned to walk until we were almost 6- 7yrs. Thankfully we had pretty good therapy back then, and my brother went on into the Navy and I became a ballet dancer, though I couldn't stay long, but long enough to really enjoy it. It helped tremendously in walking, exercise, posture, etc. But good therapy for scoliosis is somewhat difficult to find. But I'm grateful to have found your channel!❤

ОтветитьHey, your videos have been outstanding for me. My uneven shoulders and pelvic are much more straight now ( even my doctor was surprised) but i have also a bit scolisosis (11 degree), dou you think its possible to correct it with these exercises?
