In the mid-1960s, my ship patrolled much of the Trust Territories of the Pacific. That said, after visiting Koror, Palau during the July 4th weekend of 1964 I can honestly say, Koror became my favorite destination in the islands. It's a beautiful island.

9 Like the prophets of Israel, I was called in a vision, my eyes opened and I heard God’s own voice directly. I stood in eternity with the Angel and the Lamb above the waters which are the presidents, kings, the religious men, ministers, and all the inhabitants of the earth. And do you know that when this phenomenon took place, there was no worship in the Heaven? Do you know that the cherubim and all the seraphim and the archangels had stopped their worship in the Heaven? And after this transfiguration, the great crowd at the foot of the pyramid approached me and said: "We have not seen the Angel and the Lamb and we have not heard the words the Lamb pronounced but we entirely believe." To the point that it was not necessary for a voice to come from Heaven and say: "This is my beloved son, hear him". All I preached, it was on behalf of God through this holy Angel. 10 In 1993, not in a dream or a vision but in reality, one morning, I was a spirit moving on the earth, twenty meters above the ground like an angel and I saw people in reality. He had the appearance of the Angel of judgment and it was me. In that time, I had seen in vision two people in white like angels or some resurrected ones going up from the earth to heaven. One of them shouted and one of the two trees stuck together from the ground near the family house came off and fell violently. 14 Now pay attention to what I am going to say, for this is the spiritual revelation of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that you must bear in mind: spiritually those two trees were God and Satan, the Spirit of God and the spirit of the devil. Then trees only spiritual as seen in Revelation 22:1-2, whose physical interpretation was, on the one hand, Adam himself in his divine State before the woman was even formed, and on the other hand the serpent of before the fall. And if the forbidden fruit by God is the sexual act, see also in every son of the devil, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. 15 You say, "Brother Philippe, the woman too?" Yes, brother, when God spoke to Adam in Genesis 2:16, He was talking about woman. On the one hand, that tree of the knowledge of good and evil was Eve. When you see those girls with their lower belly out, legs out, skirts showing off their bottom, even if it is a sister, beware of her! It is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Do not eat of it! When you see those girls with false hair, those girls in trousers with their breasts out, it is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And you shall not eat of it until God covers her with the shadow of Life like Mary and authorizes it to you by dowry with the blessing. You shall not have sex before marriage, that is to say, the dowry. You see?

21 And talking for example about Moses’ adventures with the Ethiopian woman, Korah and Dathan said with Miriam: "Enough! A man who cannot control his sex cannot be our prophet". And yet, Moses was more than a prophet like Kacou Philippe is today more than a prophet. And you, religious leaders, men with forked tongues, you cannot understand that because you are the wicked of the earth. As in the time of Noah, you are obliged to believe in prophet Kacou Philippe to be saved. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].

22 Now I have a question: Prophet Kacou, on May 7, 1946 evening, an angel, with an audible voice, said to William Branham, "Just as two signs were given to Moses, you have also been given two signs. So you Prophet Kacou Philippe, which sign did God give you, by which we shall believe?"

23 Well, this question shows how deep all mankind is in disbelief and the darkness of Satan. Notice that it was Moses who asked God for those signs because of Israel’s incredulity. In Exodus 4, Moses had said to God, "Behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice" and in response to this Jehovah gave him two signs. The Jews were Egyptians and Pentecostals, used to magicians and it was the only way to separate them from disbelief. Otherwise, it was not in the perfect will of God. But after these signs, what followed? They all died in the wilderness.

24 And on this side, when William Branham came, it was the same thing, they were Egyptians and Pentecostals and today, they have returned to their Pentecostal faith, looking for signs and carrying relics of pillars of fire like Catholics. But here, there is a people that said, "We don’t need to see or hear lightnings and thunders and we don’t need to see signs, but we entirely believe." Amen! Which sign does this people need to believe? Giving me a sign would directly in contradiction with the vision of April 24, 1993.

25 And I tell you, verily, this people, here at midnight, is superior to those Egyptian-Jews before Moses. This people, here at midnight, is superior to those Pentecostals before William Branham. Branhamism is Pentecostalism, and they returned to Pentecostalism with their apostolic faith, carrying photographs of the Pillar of fire. William Branham is a true prophet but the Branhamists are children of the devil. It is like the Bible and Christianity.But on this side, it is the prophetic faith, the faith that says, "We have not seen, we have not heard but we entirely believe." [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].

26 And the Lord Jesus Christ saw my day, the day of prophet Kacou Philippe, and exulted with joy and said, "Blessed are you who believe without seeing or hearing!". This is the prophetic faith and it is the perfect faith and the faith of the rapture. You have believed without asking signs because before the foundation of the world, you were destined to that and you manifested it in the vision and now you are manifesting that on earth. It is not because you were wise and intelligent but it is the Almighty God who did that before the foundation of the world.

27 Let’s stand up and give Him glory for that!Hallelujah! Hallelujah! The Pentecostalism is the apostolic faith, it is faith that sees before believing. And this cannot be the perfect faith. But God had predestined a perfect faith which is the prophetic faith and we are happy to live this prophetic faith. The apostolic faith says, "What is the sign that you give me by which I must believe?" but the prophetic faith says, "We have not seen, we have not heard but we entirely believe". And even in difficulties, sickness, suffering and till death, the sons of God keep their position because of prophetic faith. And he who can understand, let him understand!

3 And over these past months, I saw humble people with good lives coming to me from several countries! Will God let such good people come towards a poor man like me to get baptised and consecrated if He Himself is not behind that?

4 And I also praise Him for this rigour that He gave me, a heart that does not know any relative, or wife, or child, and that cannot cover sin. A Holy Intransigence for the Salvation of whoever believes! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].  

5 Well, I have one question and several notes here… The question is to know whether a brother or sister can vote!  The answer is, Yes! Because if you do not do it, you will be imposed what you do not want and you will be obliged to accept it! Vote but never start or never get involved in a political debate. [Kc.111v10]

6 And the first note is that when your wife brings a child into the world, you are not obliged to make this child bear the name of a relative who is unworthy of it by his life. 

7 The second note is that, you who are pastors and preachers, give God 90% of your time so that we should see it when you are preaching… In the same way, you the workers, you’d better devote 10% of your time to God. Especially on Saturdays or Sundays, find a small time to go and greet a brother or a sister. And you must do it for everyone. There are not those for whom you do it and those for whom you don’t.

8 And also, somebody asked me for the fate of a faithful who pays his tithe but whose pastor does not levy the tithe of the tithe. Is this faithful innocent before God? I said, No! He is under the curse of he that does not pay his tithe. In this sense, the stewards must put the tithe of the tithe aside until I am in need or I tell you what you will do of it… [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].

9 Another note: You know, it is good to be baptised as soon as you believe, if not some surprising things may happen: a brother may say to him that is baptising him, "Brother, in such a preaching, the prophet says that you must turn my face eastward…" That is why the Lord said, "Baptise them and teach them!" 10 And I was delighted by all these baptisms since that of the brothers of Gabon! The baptism of the brothers and sisters of Europe took place on last Saturday October 09 at the same time as that of our Brothers Cyr Essomba, Fabien Médou and Tagnilé Jean Patrice of Cameroon who were here in Ivory Coast! And after the brothers from Cameroon, Brother Kambale Sivanzire Crepin of Congo-Kinshasa arrived here.

5 The following day at around 3 p.m. while I was sitting with my family, I was transported again in vision into a totally desert country and I saw eastward Words that were coming down from Heaven carried on Clouds. It was after these two visions that I got up and went to church for the very first time. [Kc.137v37]

6 In a third vision, we were sitting in an examination room for the Advanced level test and the examiner was distributing the test-papers. I said to myself, "But what am I doing here? I do not have a good school level and what am I going to write?” And later, It was said to me: "The same way that Mary conceived miraculously, without knowing any man, the same way that Moses received in details what happened at the creation, you too, you have received the Words of eternal Life on this April 24, 1993 and it is decreed by God. At the appointed time, you will understand and you will teach what you did not learn in order that whoever believes has eternal Life". [Kc.9v34] [Kc.30v1-3]

4 Then a crowd of people came toward me from the right side and I asked them if they had seen the Angel and the Lamb. They said, "No!" And I said: “But, how did you not see the Angel and the Lamb and all the things They have done?” They replied, "We have not seen the Angel and the Lamb and we have not heard the Words the Lamb pronounced, but we entirely believe It because what God gave and that the devil took, has now been restituted to you ". I looked up and I saw a ladder set up between the sky and the earth, above the waters and angels ascended and descended. And the vision ended and I felt what I know today to be the Holy Spirit and I wept and I believed in God on the spot. [Kc.64v3] [Kc.130v9]

3 Then two doves came toward me and went back over the waters. And there was an eclipse, then a man having the appearance of a Cloud and holding a sword came down from Heaven with a Lamb and the earth was illuminated again. They stood on the waters and the Lamb began to speak to me in an unknown tongue. The sound of his voice came into me and I fell dead. My soul went to stand on the waters with them while my body was lying on the sand of the sea. When He had finished speaking to me, my soul came into me and I became alive again but I no longer saw Them.

2 I came to conversion on April 24, 1993 according to Daniel 10:4 to 11 by a vision in which I saw myself standing on the sand of the sea and then on top of a high pyramid and then again on the sand of the sea in another place and I saw an old military truck coming out of the depths of the sea and leave behind me. I turned and I saw that it contained living people. They were women and one of them was mixed-race.

47 Joel Osteen, T.D. Jakes, Doug Batchelor, Billy Graham, Edir Macedo, Valdemiro Santiago, Silas Malafaia, Paula White, Joyce Meyer, Alberto Mottesi, you are all under the jurisdiction of prophet Kacou Philippe. Carlos Annacondia, Claudio Freidzon, Dante Gebel and all those who follow them are under the jurisdiction of Prophet Kacou Philippe! Tommy Osborn, Kenneth Hagin, Chris Oyakhilome, David Owuor, Emmanuel Makandiwa, Uebert Angel, T. B. 48 Whether you are Catholic, Protestant, evangelical or Branhamists or members of Islam or Judaism, know that if it is God who has given me this Gospel … Like Isaiah and Jeremiah, the one who has been condemning you on earth since 2002 will be your judge before God in the Heaven. The Pharisees dragging long parchments to the bar said, "We are of Moses... they would say today: We are of Jesus!" [Ed: the congregation laughs]. And Moses condemned them according to John 5:45! When you have rejected the Message of your time, your fasts and prayers are abominations before God. Your tithes and offerings are abominations before God. Your zeal, your fruits of Galatians 5:22 are abominations and above of all, your Jesus is Satan.

1 Revelation that I, Prophet Kacou Philippe, I gave on December 18, 2022 from my village, to the saints of my generation on the present stage of my mission.

2 We are in December. It's trade season for the merchants of the temple. Those bishops and prophets of Satan will shout again in their supermarkets, harvest festivals and prayer vigils: "Come and get your blessing! Your star must shine! Come and get your wedding, your visa, ... You customers who have 1000 dollars, come! Go to the cashier! You too who have 10 dollars, come! Even you customers who have coins, come here! There are all kinds of prices! There are blessings of 100 dollars, 2 dollars, 1 dollar. Go to the cashier".

3 In the past, you were in those abominable things and you did not know it. And the midnight Cry has come to fight that to set you free. It is sad to see that merchants whom the Lord Jesus had whipped and cast out of the temple in Matthew 21 are reproducing the same scenes today. And people who call themselves Christians agree with that and give them money.

4 Well, in the month of October 2022 with Kacou 153, we were enlightened again about the Laodicean age and we got to know that the first prophet messenger of the Laodicean age is William Seymour. And it was a great joy for many Brothers and Sisters because of William Branham's own words. Apart from this revelation, several Brothers later sent me other quotes from William Branham.

5 In the sermon, "God keeps His Word," William Branham says, "What happened to you Lutherans? Many years ago, you held the torchlight, what happened to you? God took the torchlight out of your hand. That is true. What happened to you Methodists? In the days of John Wesley, you held the torchlight in your hands. But after the going of John Wesley, God took the torchlight out of your hands. Right. And some little one-eyed Negro man down yonder in California, received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and God stuck the torchlight in the hands of Pentecost."

6 And in the sermon "The Restoration of the Bride Tree", preached on April 22, 1962 in Jeffersonville, William Branham says: "Four death messengers killed It; then four Life messengers will restore It. What was the first? Martin Luther, justification. What was the second? John Wesley -- by sanctification. What was the third? Pentecost with the restoration of the gifts, the Holy Ghost, baptism of the Holy Ghost. What was the fourth? The Word. There were four major prophets. There were four great prophets. One of them, Martin Luther. Along came Wesley, stronger: sanctification. After Wesley come a stronger than him, Pentecostal, the baptism of the Holy Ghost in another great prophet. See? But in the last days of Malachi 4, Elijah is to come with the very Word.

7 William Branham clearly shows here that the revelation is progressive. And you wicked Branhamists who twist the Word, you cannot say that this other great one-eyed black prophet of Pentecost is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is neither black nor one-eyed. And I can show the ministry of William Seymour and Pentecostalism in the stars and their constellations and even in the visions of Prophet Daniel.

8 William Seymour is the goat, the Negro. He is the son of Ham. Goats are mostly black, unlike lambs and rams. And the Pentecostal and evangelical movements are the posterity of the goat. First, the ram is an evolution of the Lamb of sacrifice. And the goat is also an integral part of the sacrifice of atonement in Israel. Do you know in Leviticus 16, the Azazel goat who takes upon itself the sins of Israel and goes to die in the suffering of the wilderness? The Lord Jesus Christ is our Azazel goat.

9 And in the slave trade, like the Jews delivering up the Lord Jesus, our African fathers had delivered up their innocent black brothers, amongst whom Kunta Kinté, into slavery, like the Azazel goat according to Leviticus 16. The slave ships wavering on the oceans with these Negroes not knowing where they were going, was the type of the Azazel goat wandering in the wilderness not knowing where he was going. And it was their son William Seymour who started all the current evangelical and Pentecostal movements. And then, false Pentecostalism also rose up from the United States to go and conquer the world. And this false Pentecostalism is the goat of Daniel 8 which rose up from the West to go and conquer the world.

10 So before 1933, it was with the Pentecostals that Salvation was. That's why William Branham said that when he had gone to the Pentecostals, he had found the Angel of God there. William Branham had spoken in tongues among the Pentecostals. Thus, the same Angel of God that was with William Seymour is the same Angel that was with William Branham in the evening time in another dispensation and it's the same Angel that is here at midnight with Kacou Philippe in another dispensation.

11 Well, concerning the days of fasting, it is preferable that the elderly people who wish to fast put spaces between their fasting days. After Kacou 153, a Sister said to me, "Brother Philippe, I have never fasted, but with the new form of fasting, I too will be able to fast." And Preacher Leucivan Cadete from Brazil wrote to me saying: "Brother Philippe, with this form of fasting, I am happy to see that you have stopped the sun like Joshua. The sun went backwards, from 6 pm and came to noon". Everything contributes to the Salvation of the saints.

12 And even what offends some people strengthens others. In an interview, an evangelical man had asked me, "Prophet, are you married? And a Brother who had seen my shameful answer was very happy. And I was astonished to see the Brother very happy. He said to me, "O Brother Philippe, when you said, 'I am married, I have been married and I will be married'. I shouted: Hallelujah! Your answer was prophetic according to Kacou 146:91. It is the question and answer at the baptism."

13 The video had been shown to the Brother to trouble him but he said, "Brother Philippe, your answer is the baptized person realizing at the baptism that his former relationships are taken into account and that he must put himself in order with those that he had betrayed before receiving his baptism."
