I’ll say, one thing I’ve learned more than anything is teaching my mind and body to replicate the trip on my own but it’s a lot harder and I have to be still. I’ve been doing ayahuasca about 3 times a mont for a while. I’ve tried powdered dmt and vaped. I only feel awesome and connected but I’ve never seen crazy stuff like elves. I’ve tried double doses that sicken others. I’ve tried different ones and now make my own. I think and hear without words. I’m able to understand. I love it!!! So if what im hearing is correct, these substances make it so that the inhibitors of our minds are temporarily taken down so that we can experience what our minds filter out. So that would mean that somewhere in our minds, we as a species know that we dont experience the real world as it is, but as we construct it. Therefore, when someone has an encounter with these substances, they actually might be experiencing the real world as it is. (Or at least a portion of the real world) Hence the feeling of having experienced a world more real than our reality. At least our percieved reality
