We love a good home workout for the lower body! Perfect for building out and sculpting your legs, your glutes and your hamstrings - guys and girls alike! You may not have any equipment at home, but THAT’S OKAY! Because this one is no-equipment-required 😍

Here’s the session!:

A1) 60 sec RUSSIAN PLANK
A2) 15 x SINGLE LEG RDL

B1) 15 x SINGLE LEG HIP EXT (1+¼ reps)
B2) 15 x SLOW SQUATS (1+¼ reps)

C1) 15 x FORWARD LUNGES
C2) 20 x HAMSTRING SLIDES (I didn’t have anywhere to slide in the garage so I used this weird barbell, but you can use some socks and your kitchen floor)
C3) 15 x PIGEON LUNGES
