This car looks so good. Why no new 86 that looks similar to AE86. I mean look at Nissan Z, they throwback to old Z looks. I want modern 86 that looks squarish like AE86.

Can anyone explain how fuses and batteries add horsepower? If a battery is fully charged, whatever type it is, it wouldn't be a significant load for the alternator. And fuses? Wtf...

Claims about these fuses aside, you're not going to be able to get them for 20,000 Yen. Unless you're in Japan and have a source. Maybe consider replacing old fuses with new OEM and see what it gets you if you have access to a dyno that you can do curiosity checks on for not too much.

Two, the star of the show is that Shorai battery. Dropping 17.6lbs off the front corner of an already light platform is considerable. Super Bean gained 2hp equivalent and got yet lighter. My current lead acid battery is 33.4lbs, so my deal is when it comes time to replace a battery, I'll do so with a lightweight battery.

This is total rubbish. Any electrical engineer will cringe watching this.

Do they really mean fuses or do they mean ignition coils? And if changing fuses, meaning putting new fuses in or changing the wiring as well.

The only other test I would've liked to have seen would be testing brand new normal fuses against the Magical Fuses, too. That would be in addition to how the fuses were tested in this video.

Well. The battery improvement might be not as expected as the battery was propably sitting for a while on a shelf and even if its new it might be a little bit "hungry" for power. So right after it was installed in a car the alternator was propably working even harder that with the old battery. The old battery was charged by the alternator just before the dyno run and the car was also driven to the shop, so it was definetelly charged up to the max.

Well I was thinking about moving the battery in my car to the trunk as A4 B5 layout is making a car very heavy at the front, but I realised that with my skills - i will not see any improvement anyway. :D

Imagine how much power would be made from removing the electrical system completely.

factory fuses are already high quality, usually made by MTA, Bussmann, Littelfuse etc. they dont use dollar store multipacks. i suspect if it is oxidation then removing and reinserting the fuse a few times will scrape some oxidation off. they really should have done a multimeter test.
