ОтветитьAnother fab workout of yours - thank you! I’ve hit a bit of a plateau always doing my favourites of yours again & again, trying to mix it up a little. My legs were like jelly second set - trying to bring it in & out but it was going all over the place, sure it was doing some good! 😊

ОтветитьThis would be perfect to do on long flights when you really need to stretch out those legs…minus any jumping. I love that this works out the ankles and feet. Also pretending to be a ballerina for 20 minutes.

ОтветитьWWWWow! In my 43 years of working out nearly every day, I have never used my muscles like this! Everything was shaking, waist-down! Loved it. What a fun, new workout experience. I worried a little bit about my knees, since I couldn't stick my butt out when bending them, to engage my glutes to protect them, but I'm not in pain post- workout, which is a good sign. And I like this so much I'll definitely do it again.

ОтветитьIs it generally better to do more sets of less exercises, which I seem to see in Maddies videos, or no repeat workouts or more movements? Does it matter or is it preference? My mind thinks that less is less so we will not get the results, maybe I’m used to seeing all these clickbaits and a lot of different exercises??

ОтветитьOmg I am so nervous about my new job tomorrow and have anxiety but this just put me in such a happy mood can’t wait to get up early to do this workout before work. Sense my injury I’ve been afraid to do any workouts. I fell while jogging and hurt my knees about three weeks ago and was out of work for a while and pretty much gave up on it all after that sense I didn’t like my job much and it wasn’t the right job fit soooo hopefully these workouts will help me in my new jobs.

ОтветитьNot this work out.. but I've been following you beginner 20 mins work out with warm up and cool down.. I've never been felt like this before. It's not super easy or super hard but it's pushing me to do my best. I am completing the whole work out one day and the next I'm doing as much as i can the other day and the next i complete it. I'm doing this while intermittent fasting so it's helping me to reach my weight goals. Have lost 3kg in a month without sacrificing any food other than cutting some sugar. (Not completely tho). Thank you
