Create Multiple Scope in DHCP - Windows Server 2008

Just like the previous person mentioned, I can suggest the same that don't use public IP addresses in local subnets. Use 10dot0dot1dot10 instead.

I see what this person is trying to teach, but you should never use an IP address: 20[dot]0[dot]0[dot]0 as a Private IP Address.
