You’re an inspiration! I have an Amazon business primarily but I now am opening and Etsy store and likely shopify after that as an extension - like you say, you do need hussle periods but it can be hard to get the right balance. I have times where I am so unmotivated and don’t have the passion to work — then I’m just non-stop work and driven again for months. Then burn out again! Can I ask what print on demand seller you recommend? P.s your feelings good and bad are valid and it’s important to give a balanced approach!

I love the new layout for your weekly Vlogs, its great to see you talking about the struggles you have with your business and your health. I was working quite abit, and decided to take the summer off, I have to tell you I did not think I would recover, but I am feeling less tired than previous. (Australia) Marshie is the best! I really needed this vlog, to be honest. I usually watch your vlogs weekly but have fallen behind by about two weeks. I always feel inspired by them and eventually would love to start a channel dedicated to my art and floristry tips and tricks.

At the moment, I'm struggling with perfectionism. I get caught in the cycle of thinking, "maybe I should have this," "maybe I should make that," "maybe this would look better." I fully understand the hustle and the emotional mental stress that comes with wanting to do your absolute best to please not only everyone but yourself. It can be overwhelming, and nerves can easily get to you at the of times. I then realise to take a step back and look at what I've made and people love what you do.

Someday I will take over the world with my creative talents. :P You're awesome, and I am clearly your biggest fan. You got this!

honestly, the talk at the end about what it's like running a small business and how it can take a toll on your health is sooo relatable. i have been building my art business (seriously) since about january, and i find myself having a horrid sleep schedule, not eating well, not making time for a personal life, and overbooking myself. i love it so much, but i can feel the burn out creeping in at times, and it's difficult. it's also so hard to make others understand why you are doing the things you are. i appreciate your transparency and showing us that it's normal to feel this way <333 you're literally my career goals, and i am so proud of you and happy that i can ride along this journey with you!

Maybe work in the early part of 2025 for the summer launch and get a break after Easter full on for few weeks. Then release the summer launch. Spread it out. Look after yourself....and yes marshie is the best 😊

Woohoo! One of the Australian fans here 😄👋🏼 I'm actually watching this after I hustled too hard and am pretty sure I'm burnt out. It's so true that it's the pressure we put on ourselves that's the most harmful. Btw, Marshie is the best!

I hope you guys enjoyed this weeks studio vlog 🥹🌷I hope if you are struggling to juggle your health, and personal life, know that your not alone! I almost nearly cut all of these out honestly, because I tend to just put my head down and keep plodding along, but I don't think it's healthy only sharing always positive feelings and emotions all of the time, because It's just not realistic!

Anyway I will see you next week when we will FINALLY clear up the new studio and settle in, ready for a fresh start and the beginning of the christmas period!
