The movement in this is insane. The transitions are gorgeous and the way you link all of it together is fabulous! I love how this shows how Odysseus is clinging to his sanity by his fingertips for the entire trip. Love it!

That was just brilliant. It's just, amazing. The transition from the men to Polyphemus then POSSIDON???? That was just crazy work. I also love the fact that the ghosts are just coloured in with this amazing brush that makes them different from the defined lines and colours from the living. It separates the two and I just like that fact it's amazing.

(Last thing, I swear) but the FORESHADOWING?? The transition from that foreshadowing to THE INFANT WAS SO PERFECT! I actually gasped seeing that.
Amazing work!! I'll definitely be adding this to my "rewatch EPIC in order" (sorry other underworld animatics, yall have been dethroned)

Today I realised an absolutely hilarious detail in this song.

In Ruthlessness, Poseiden says "Fourty-three men left under your command." In this song, the souls of the fallen say "Five hundred fifty eight men who died under your command!" There's a discrepancy of one there. All that happened in between these two songs is the Circe saga... Which means that Elpenor falling off the roof of Circe's house is canon in this version of the Odyssey and nobody actually noticed it. The death counter just ticked up by one offscreen.
