You make everything look so easy. Do you always have all of your ingredients pre-cut to make it easier for you or do you do it as you are making the recipe like you do with the recipes you are showing us? I certainly know of the French Laundry! Thanks!

I love that you recommend cookbooks that you have had good experiences with. It can be difficult to find recipes that work well for the home cook.
