i don't like Apex, but if they bring a faithful high level Titanfall gamemode, i'd play it. the average player might see it as something for only the pros, but thats how i see Apex. so let us have it, let us be the Pilots that inspire the legends, even if theres little cross over.

Titanfall was a sh** game. Both Titanfall and Titanfall 2 all you had to do was wait one year and the price tag drops from $60 to $1.99. Or if you had PlayStation membership they were free to grab for an entire month.

Titanfall 2 biggest downfall was when it dropped. Being released between bo3 and battlefield 1 killed its potential

There is no way in Heaven OR Hell Apex will live 5 more years, let alone 15 or 20, the problem is the modified source engine both titanfall and apex are made on starts to show its cracks really really strongly, then there are other problems about them wanting to stretch the lifespan of apex which are gameplay related, the game already somewhat struggles with featurecreep as is, give it a few more years and it will be hellish, also there is the problem with development mentality, what i mean is respawn clearly was toning down the speed of fights from the release of apex until now, that is exactly why it would be a shame to have any sort of titanfall gameplay integration into apex, the legends are all feel like they have shoes made out of cement compared to a pilot.
(Also some of the pilot veterans might even would find it insulting to play a pilot in an arena with a bunch of pilot school drop outs such as Bangalore)

i saw someone commenting this. What if they went the cod route? have both apex and titanfall, like how cod has warzone and mw3 in one client. Granted, im not a game dev of any kind so i dont know how hard or costly it might to do this.

Honestly I’ve always disliked apex
For some unknown reason I kept playing it on occasion and even got hyped up enough to waste my money on the valk skin when it first came out.
But I swear, apex straight up doesn’t have fun gameplay
The health/weapon damage relationship makes it so missing a few shots is incredibly punishing, and good players who don’t miss can kill you before you turn around. The movement is slow, clunky, and uninteresting. Honestly it feels like if CoD put on a few pounds
The character designs are kinda cool I guess, but most of their abilities are soooooo boring. Valkyries rockets don’t do nearly enough damage to be worth using and her flight doesn’t last long enough to justify playing her
Characters like rampart, caustic, Watson, and lifeline encourage camping and defensive play.
I don’t enjoy running around for 15 minutes gathering loot just to get melted in my first gun fight because my enemy has good aim and got lucky with an r99. Or what’s more likely, my enemy just gets lucky in a better position than me and my team, and because movement and tactical abilities in this game are so lame, there’s no real way for me to turn the situation around
What can I do? Throw out some bangawhore smoke? Shift into another dimension for like 2 seconds and appear five feet away?
Titanfall 2 is fast, fluid, dynamic, and fun as hell! Dying means nothing in that game, and kills feel so good. Even when I stomp other players in apex, it doesn’t feel that great.
Apex has never been fun for me, and nobody I know has ever legitimately put it in their top 5. Titanfall 2 will always reign supreme in my heart and the hearts of thousands of other people.

Turning titanfall 3 into essentially a tumor growing on apex just hurts
They’ve buried our favorite game and now want to do us the disservice and disrespect of attaching it to dog shit apex

I hope respawn comes to their senses and makes titanfall 3 its own thing. It’s a hard game to make, I know, but that’s why you’re a studio with millions of dollars and dozens of staff to make the god damn thing.

I honestly hope that Apex Legends dies so that Respawn will actually be like, "Oh shoot, we could've been way ahead of the game if we had just listened to the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF FANS asking for Titanfall 3, and we could keep up with The Finals. We need to do something now!" And then Apex crashes all around them, and then from those ashes, Titanfall 3 releases like it SHOULD'VE BEEN RELEASED LAST YEAR.
