subscribed as i want to see the air max series. I'd like to see the 90's cut in half and compared with other sneakers. I find they have a more angled profile than the competition and would like to see the air cushioned equivalents from any boutique houses.

I had a pair of blue heavy canvas airmax shoes and they were the worst sneakers I have ever owned. The flat bottom was so clunky and uncomfortable, it gave me blisters on the bottom of my heel with a full day of walking. The heavy canvas made my feet stay moist with sweat all day long and the flat bottom just tore up my heel. I tossed them in the trash that same day.

If the freezer is "extreme cold temperature" i bet you live in like sahara or something💀

Do the airmax series

I weigh 100kgs and these are one of the most comfortable all day shoes for me. Boost and zoom are too soft/unstable for me causing foot fatigue after several hours of wear plus they bottom out really quick. These big bubbles are they way if you are looking for more stable feel with some cushioning

Any old school Nike with a visible air sole unit in the heel has a smaller air unit in the forefoot

You cannot wear them if the air is popped. Thery will cave in rather quickly if you keep walking on them. And with the old ones the air bubble will fully rip in the length too walking on them.

@RoseAnvil. I can confirm that the bubble does crack in the cold. Your freezer is nowhere near cold enough, it's maybe -3 -4 F. I wore mine in -37c here in Winnipeg, Manitoba and they shattered.

Tbh I prefer the esthetics of the regular Air Max 1 a lot more, but as a sneaker enthusiast I was excited when I heard Nike were going to release these. But after seeing the first pictures of it, I was thrown off by its overall shape, and especially after seeing the closeup pictures of how poor the quality of upper materials is, I’ve realized that it wasn’t worth wasting my money on it. Imo it’s a $100 shoe at best. I’d much rather spend $200 on a regular Air Max 1 that actually has some quality lethers and suedes instead.

Fake leather ? It's not even supposed to be leather nor is it imitating being leather. The material is felt just the same as the OG.
