ОтветитьWoah, thought i was signing up for a few stretches and ended up having a whole series of emotional releases and ephiphanies. I realised that when I'm in physical discomfort and tense I become self-critical, had such beautiful feelings of gratitude when stretching my left side and hard feelings arise on my right!
When you said be gentle on ourselves I realised how hard on myself I am.
Life is going to be different now. Im going to practice this reguarly and embody this wisdom.

Is this normal?
I have had stiffness in my shoulders and my upper back and neck because of the office work. And I couldn’t quite get a good stretch there before. But after this stretch flow with you, I fell asleep so quickly earlier than I always go, and had felt such rejuvenation that I have not felt for long time now. In the morning after this my energy was so high, overall feeling of my body was ten times better than day before. Thank you so much, this was my first video that I followed you, and was just amazing. I am willing to try all your workouts.

Yin has always been the most challenging of all yoga practices for me, mentally and physically but your classes are like magic. I am able to melt and find some introspection and release. I truly appreciate the quiet moments you gave us so much! Thank you for this practice it felt so good

For me in such a soft easeful YIN class the word "grab" (aka "grab your blocks" is the opposite of the mood and intention...tho i think "grabbing lunch" or a "grabbing an Uber" or whatever is in the American vernacular...just thought I'd mention

ОтветитьThank you. I've been going through some deep changes- shedding weight, alcohol, unhealthy eating habits and connecting more with nature. My family and I spent all day yesterday outside biking,kayaking and paddling boarding so I thought this would be perfect this morning. I haven't cried in a long time while doing yoga but the wave of emotion hit me and I released pieces of my old life that are no longer serving me and clearly felt the message that it's time to let one of biggest vices of marijuana go. It's no long serving me in my higher purpose of feeling alive. Your practices are beautiful and connect me to something deeper within myself that no other videos have before.

ОтветитьThis was amazing! I’ve been subscribed to another yoga channel for a while now and consider myself a beginner/intermediate yogi. I was familiar with a lot of the poses so I didn’t need to look at the screen much and was grateful for the minimal instructions. The only confusing part was when she said bend into your knee and twist. I bent it up into the air instead of like a half frog pose, but once I replayed it I understood how to get into the pose. Will definitely be trying more of her videos. Thank you for the healing! ☀️ 🌙

ОтветитьThis was the best yoga practice I’ve ever done! Honestly! It released so much tension and made me feel so good. I’m so glad I came upon it, because I’ve tried so many thing to release the tension in my shoulders and nothing has helped as much as this yoga practice!:)

ОтветитьThis is the first yin yoga class I’ve done. I really liked it I felt like the first 30 segonds of the pose I was struggling but at the 2 minute mark I wanted to keep holding the pose 😅😅
