All the faltoo suggestions are for people. When it comes to financial corruption and lack of discipline, honesty in the service, no officer would dare to speak.
Make poker face and start suggesting other people what is right and wrong is the easiest thing these Indian diplomats or any other elite service personal are good at.
General public who have never served or had close interaction with these people always remain in awe and consider them as godly figures but the reality is opposite.
I respect the chosen few who are genuinely following the ethics of army, but it's difficult to respect every personal just because he is doning the uniform

He appears to be mad. What does clapping got to do with decorum of uniform? Smiling, eating, clapping are all natural reflexes. Don't do corruption wearing uniform. Don't use insulting and abusive language in uniform. Don't do fake operations in uniform. Clapping is totally permitted. He's just forcing his own ideas on Indian Army.
